Thank you a lot for this. It probably won’t fix my issue with battery voltage not showing.. not even in the dji Osd. I connected the wires correctly to my flightcontroller and even switching them out doesn’t make a difference. I am running betaflight 4.4.2 on my geprc cinelog 25. Connected the white wire from my o3 to uart1 tx and the grey wire to the uart1 Rex on my fc. Msp is active. The betaflight canvas does not show and the dji voltage shows 0.00. Before all of this everything worked with my vista and wtfo. I am sure it will be figured out but it is extremely hard and complicated.. Kind regards, Dennis
The voltage not showing is either a wiring issue, a ports setup issue, a software issue, or a physical issue with the O3. Go through each of these and see if any resolve your issue. I had this happen once on a brand new O3 and it took a software refresh to resolve it. I hope it's not a hardware issue, which can happen if the UART wires shorted on the O3.
@@Mangorille i refreshed the software and no luck. i then took another quad and hooked it up. in that quad i did get betaflight osd including voltage but not the voltage of dji osd. Not sure if I understand correctly. You were always able to switch between the DIY and O3 modes in the V2 goggles.
