Of all of the interviews I've seen of Aurora, this is the most human interview I've seen with her. She's not just a goddess, or a forest nymph. She's a silly human, and I love it.
@@heidifarstadkvalheim4952 I've seen plenty. This was a quick ten minute interview that was meant to be fun. It's not meant to be journalism. I'd rather see Aurora like this, in her natural state of being. Not in a rehearsed interview.
@@ypey1she looked pretty much the same age like 15 years ago too lol. I was like that.. I looked 18 when I was 13. I’m 30 and still get mistaken for 18 sometimes.
i think is wild how she feels like composing and being in the studio is her calling when he is SUCH a absolute beast performing im not saying writing isnt her calling, but i just found that intersting
The more I see of Aurora I fall deeper in love with her. She seems so down to earth and not on a high horse at all. I would love to meet her one day and just talk about ordinary things. Her soul is pure and I love it ❤
aurora really has a gift for expressing universal truths in a way that feels so personal. i feel with every appearance she's made, her authenticity never fails to shine through. her thoughts are so relatable and unforgettable (atleast to me). ever so grateful for knowing her 💌
Great interview, loved how you just went with everything she said, she is so very unique, quite quirky and totally amazing, her mind works in mysterious ways.

Hi, Antonio here. This is because this is my own show and I only have on artists whose work I like (or deeply love, which I am beyond thankful for). I've been a television and online presenter and interviewer for 20 years. This show is just the way it is because 1) it's the sort of content I like to watch and believe in 2) I allow myself to have a personality and I am who am I 😊
@@Oldperson-wt3ui I'm dying to know what Ash thinks of this video. The look on Aurora's face when Antonio mentions her fans is priceless. She seems to be desperately trying to figure out if her fan base is bigger than she could imagine, or if the fan base is really that close knit. 😆
@@GhostlyEcheveria Yes, me too! She should do a reaction to it, lol Her expressions, so many different ones, were priceless, she is so obviously real, no fake shit from Aurora, it's all real shit, especially since it is 1/3 part of her, LMAO
If there’s an artist whose studio music is already perfect but whose live performances are divine, it’s Aurora. Her personality. Her Soul. They will always add value to her music beyond the songwriting and studio work. That’s why we’ll never reach a point where we can do without her on stage. She will remain an artist and a performer forever. I wonder if she knows... 😄 Sorry, Aurora... it is what it is.
What a delightful interview!😍❤️ great interviewer with a lovely heartfelt demeanour.. very genuine 🤗 loved this ❤️ and always love listening to Aurora’s thoughts❤️
I think the big thing here is that she said she would always make music. in the past, she wasn’t super clear on whether she would totally stop or not after she said her “8 things” to the world. And it also sounds like she’s not ruling out staying an “artist” her whole life too. whew.
the thing is origanally she made music for her family and for herself so i took it as she would never stop making music (she couldn't stop if she wanted to it is a part of her) but she might stop releasing it to the world could be wrong though
@@Jemmasimmonsissuperior I could also see it being a situation where she continues to make and release music, but retires from being AURORA: the touring/public appearances, the fan maintenance, and full album releases.
@@royjanik1615 I think this is the most likely outcome. I don't think she would stop releasing music, but I think she will stop touring at some point, and take a break from the intensity of fame. Instead of moving to a cabin in the woods and having the world forget her, she would move to a cabin in the woods and write music. I don't think she'll ever disappear completely.
it was a great interview but ...... i have yet to see anyone interview her on her interllectual level . She is far wiser , more intellegent than most and i think people interviewing her dont quite know how to handle her or say the right questions. But you gave it a good go
It's a fair assessment. This show can go deep, even though most of the time we don't take ourselves too seriously. Again, 10 minutes didn't allow all the follow ups that otherwise could have been made regarding what Aurora was saying. But thank you
On the contrary, I think a lot of interviewers try to go the intellectual route, and while it's always very interesting, I do like seeing casual interviews where Aurora is more relaxed, and having fun. ❤
YES! Antonio is a dear friend of mine, and he was kind enough to include a question that Ashlena and I collaborated on (technically). When I was offered the chance to ask a question, I panicked and ran to Ashlena for guidance. She came up with the question, I just passed it along to Antonio. I thought it was a great question considering that Aurora recently spoke about how being on stage feels like taking a sh*t in front of an audience. 😂 (I also had Antonio pass along a note to Aurora. I told her to find both Ashlena and I at our respective concerts. Ash in Toronto, and me in Chicago. Fingers crossed that she at least finds Ashlena!)
Hi. Antonio here. I've been doing interviews for 20 years, so you're probably reading that into something else I said. What I will say is that this show is a kooky talk show because I don't want it to be journalism. Made of Things is supposed to be more comedy oriented, but we may include questions that aren't insane (like a late night talk show), especially if we don't have over 10 minutes with the artist, like in this case. We believe - and this show proves it on a regular basis - that creative people tend to have a sharp sense of humor and prefer not being asked the same questions over and over again. Hopefully we get Aurora back on the show with more time so I can show you what I mean ☺️
Hahaha no worries, you're free to interpret. If it doesn't feel like an interview: good. And yes! Aurora is coming back here in March, so fingers crossed 🤞 Also, I don't know which other artists you like, but they might already have been on the show!
This dude is completely wacky lol. "Do you get angry during the show, or do you prep by getting angry?" "No i never prep with anger" lol. I can't wait to see her in 'San Francisco and New York and New York again :)
I love Aurora and I love her message to the world. But I'm also worried that she doesn't control her menagment - the marketing part espessialy. She and her songs talk about safeing the planet, reducing consumerism but at the same time she has her merch brand and cooperations with Amazon (corporation, not the river). How can I be fan of her lyrics and at the same time tolerate this consumerism?
