    How do you automate the process for onboarding checklist that your onboarding team follows. Do you use asana for hiring managers to send request for onboarding

      Yes, we do. Recruiting would kick this off. When the project is deployed, you can automate the assignment of tasks and due dates to certain people or roles.

    How can you use this for a customer implementation in which other departments and managers need visibility into the progress. Also each section in my implementation has about a one-week time for completion? What is the best way to track this?

      Hi Jessica,
      If other managers need to have visibility on these tasks, I would just add them to the project.
      In terms of tracking each section's status, I would create a custom field to identify each section and then create a Dashboard visualizing the overdue tasks or the tasks' status from each Section using the Custom Field.

    Thanks for the video. Question if you don't mind. I want to be able to only have one Task in a Section at a time. So for example, if I wanted to add another task in a section that already has a task in it, I wouldn't be allowed to because there would be some sort of restriction notification that pops up. Is this possible?
