    I have been using Asana for 5 months and I wish I had found this then! Game changer! Thanks Louise

      Woohoo! So glad it has helped 🙌 I truly love Asana and it's been a game changer for my biz! I'll be sharing so many more tutorials on Asana in the year to come, too - so stay tuned 👀

    Hi Louise! Thank you for pointing out multiple features I wasn't aware of! 👏
    Question: Have you advocated for Asana to come out with a single user Premium plan?
    I haven't upgraded because the lowest plan offered is for 2 team members, and as a solopreneur, it's just not worth the current pricing since I'd be paying for a seat I don't need. Would love if you could use your voice to help make this change! It seems the Asana community has been asking for it for 6+ years to no avail.

      I have the exact same issue. I imagine a lot of people would upgrade if they could pay for the one solopreneur seat that they need, and not twice the amount for no apparent reason.

      I agree that it's strange to only offer the 2 seats! And I will do my best to see what could be done! The way I look at it is okay, Premium is $22/mo (when paid annually) or $26.98/mo (paid month to month). It feels worth it to me, especially because of how much time it saves.

      @@AnnetteWernblad see my answer to Heather! hopefully, they do decide to come out with 1 seat. But in the meantime - it feels worth it to me!

    Definitely appreciations for my team. I’m brand new to Asana, found it because of you and I can tell it is such a powerful tool best in class for this type of platform.
    I’m trying to figure out how to use templates: I have many team members who each need to do the same task, but they need to do it by themselves individually. I don’t want to type out the task each time, is there a way to make one project with tasks, and then have each team member get a copy of it that is just for them, as they are all working on their tasks at different times?
    Also, what is the best way to use Portfolios?

    • @louisehenry
      @louisehenry  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yay! I totally agree - it's really game changing for any biz 🚀
      Templates will depend if you're on the paid or free plan. I would create a section in each project with templated tasks (you can do this as the traditional templated task in the paid version, OR, you can create the task and add [TEMPLATE] to the front of it, and then just have your team duplicate the task when they need it!). So, in this case, you could duplicate the task for each of them without having to write it out each time 🙂
      I don't really use Portfolios but it's more so just a way to manage and organize all of your projects in one place!!

    Thank you for showing us the updates! For the timer, can that be done in a project or just for tasks?

    • @louisehenry
      @louisehenry  ปีที่แล้ว

      You're very welcome Wendy! For the timer - just tasks. I think that's a good thing though as it forces you to break down your project and specify exactly what you're working on!

      Hey Tracy! I actually just discovered yesterday that they have moved this slightly! You can still find it under My Tasks, but now you'll have to go to calendar view > into week view, and then this button/option will appear! I hope this helps 🙌
