    Question : are you using the free version of Asana or a premium subscription? Thanks

    • @louisehenry
      @louisehenry  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey there! Personally, I am using the premium subscription because I love the premium features - but I have an Asana course and inside of there I teach mainly on the free plan and still recommend that because it is so great within itself! I hope that helps 🙂

    Louise...love the shortcuts. I want to add a Section to a template I already created. When I go into the templete to edit, it won't work. It seems like you can't add any Sections once the template is created or is there?

    • @louisehenry
      @louisehenry  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      So happy you love the shortcuts! You may need to save as a new template to achieve this 🙂

    Quick Questions:
    1. Is there an UNDO button or short cut? Ctrl Z does not work.
    2. How can we see what has been DELETED? with teams we're Wondering if someone deletes a task how will we know?
    3. Under rules, can we set an action to trigger an email alert?
    Love your help - keep the tips coming!

    • @louisehenry
      @louisehenry  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Jon! Unfortunately, it's not possible to undo or see what's been deleted! Also, this isn't inherently built into Asana - but you can set up a rule to comment on a task, and if someone has their email notifications turned on then this will send them an email 🙂 Alternatively, try checking out "Flowsana"! It has a lot of great integration and alternative rules for Asana, too!

    • @thinkjon
      @thinkjon 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@louisehenry I thought Asana kept deleted tasks for 30 days so you could filter and search them. Not sure where I read that? Bummer no undo.
      Thank you for your help. I'll look into to your suggestions : )

    Very helpful tips! Is there a way of duplicating tasks or a section from one project to another existing project? Thanks!

    • @louisehenry
      @louisehenry  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Heather! You can duplicate tasks one by one but right now I can't find a way to do multiple tasks at once! You can duplicate whole projects though, so maybe that could work in the meantime?

    • @heatherbridgeraise
      @heatherbridgeraise 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@louisehenry Thanks for responding. That's what we are doing now, but when I have a returning client I only need part of a project, and I want to copy it into the current clients board, anyway, just wanted to know if this was something I was missing because of being free level as it would be a motivator to upgrade. (although the per-seat cost per month as a super small business when I have bunches of contractors is a bit prohibitive.) Anyway - I appreciate your videos and response
