Hello, Doctor i have medium meniscus pain in 4 months i am going to routinely physical therapy but unfortunately i get more pain in my knee. MrI test i did but unfortunately they didn’t give any results to recover.. can you please advise doctor. Thks

Sir please this problem how to solve.
Complex tear reaching the inferior articular surface and outer edge of the
posterior horn of the medial meniscus. Associated Large multiseptated
parameniscal cyst measuring 3.5cms in length, 2.3cms in width and 2.2cms in
thickness. This cyst is dissecting through the capsule with extracapsular
component.
