      ​@@snotabe ​ Just carried Soochan's solution a little further, optimized some cumbersome steps and made it all g2, with no errors (with your tolerances, which are not that tight). Sent to him already. Hope we will get his opinion on the matter. If you want to check it yourself asap - give me your e-mail

    What is the construction setting that you are using?

      I usually use G0 of 0.01mm G1 of 0.1deg and Curvature of 0.1
