    Thank you so much for this! I've been doing these exercises for about a month, ten minutes a day, 5-7 days a week. The other day I glanced in the mirror and noticed a HUGE difference. I had fairly prominent jowls, and now they're pretty much gone!

      Kudos for the Video! Sorry for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Trentvorty Fitness Life Theorem (do a google search)? It is a great one of a kind product for getting rid of face fat without the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my best friend Jordan finally got excellent results with it.

      Cheers for this, I've been looking for "before after face yoga" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Jenrooklyn Facial Mummification - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my neighbour got cool results with it.

      Hello Grace, the lines shouldn't really get worse before they get better. Keep with it, and make sure to apply slight tension on the skin when you do the exercises to minimize wrinkling as the muscles are working. Hope you subscribed.

    I watch myself in the mirror and try to not make my face wrinkle when doing these movements. I already have deep smile lines so I try to be aware of that. I enjoy these exercises, thank you. :)

    How do I add pics? I just took a side view after doing your exercises before I started and OMG! The difference is amazing! And my jowls or the sagging part that I had on my jawline is gone!!! I didn't realize that but I'm so glad I did a before side pic! Thank you thank you thank you!!! I'm going to continue these! You should make a video like Zumba haha! I would have bought it! 😊👌🏻

    I am 52 and must wear dentures. If I perform these exercises daily, will I decrease the chances of premature aging of my face? Great video and easy to remember.

    I've just started doing this for about 3 days and I have already seen a difference with my upper cheeks and there is already some improvement with my jowls so I'm going to stick with this.
    Have you thought about doing a facercise dvd so we can have all of these face exercises in one place...

    Love looking up, smiling and chewing. You feel it working right away. Thank you. my favorite so far. Not able to jut the jaw back and forth my jaw gets stuck and makes sound. will pass on that. I wish when you do these exercises we had a close up. you are too far away to see what you are doing. Just a thought for you.

      Khi4l Hello, it can be a noticeable difference in as little as 1 or 2 days. Stick with it and the effects will be even more dramatic!

    Hi Janine, I have been doing the forward and back exercise (I have had a little discussion on other videos) I do all movements several times a day. I noticed very defined lines rippling down from the cheeks to the mouth after exercising. My collagen must be very low so elasticity is just not happening. I eat my home grown green leafy veges, 4-6 eggs weekly, fruit, millet, freekah and of course water. I don't smoke or drink alcolohol or soft drinks. I was using coconut oil for a couple of years, then switched to vitamin e cream all good quality. I have just started using pure organic camellia oil. I really need your help please, is there something else that can be done. I am on a old aged pension so limited in purchasing power. Much appreciated Rosemary (66yrs)

    Hello. Thanks for the video. Just had one question.. With the first exercise, notice how the neck is being pulled in and then out when you relax the jawline. Don't you think that this exercise will thicken the neck, something one is trying to avoid if they want to define the jawline? Thanks

    Hello wanna ask can I do the chewing exercise only on one side of direction as my right side of jaw is bit saggy and left side of the jaw is uplifted. Will this help? Also wanna say that you're videos are really really helpful 😇

      ***** Thanks for the comment, gaining weight doesn't always go to the face, unfortunately. However you can bulk up the muscles in the face by doing the facial exercises for an even better result. Keep it up, you will see the difference, good luck!

      JM#1 It doesn’t matter what she says about woman or man, we all know she is talking to everyone and we definitely all human. I’m a man and I do the exercises and enjoyed them greatly. Not saying that you are wrong but lets all give her credit for it is not easy to be her. I love her videos as TV shows and most information we see today are mostly garbage.
