I have one brand new and i cant push the buttons because au small metal piece that block the holes. How do i get them out of the way?

Can't do it. Bought one and it's too heavy, even with another person help.

Just bought one today. Trying to find one review where one person can extend this 21' ladder on their own or with two person. Well, can't find even one cause this ladder is just too dawn heavy. All review are untruthful. I wouldn't recommend this product.
