I love my little giant ladder. I have had it for 9 years and it’s still working great. I just used it to paint my garage a few weeks ago. I’m a female and 5 foot tall. Moving the ladder around is not a problem for me. I just get under it and lift it up. If you are thinking about purchasing one, don’t think any further.
@@jacquepf7442 I just ordered one - I feel like it’s a sign of getting old when buying a ladder feels just as great as scoring booze as a teenager felt. 😂
Thank you. If I saw this a year ago, I would've made fun of it. After all, a ladder is a ladder, right? But now that I'm also buying a house, I decided to research ladders, and found both this and your previous review VERY informative and helpful. Thank you!
Mark Stephan I’ve had the 17 ft model for years. Its easy to maneuver, sturdy and fits almost anywhere. I live in a single story house and it fits my needs to a tee!
The weight is justified. I know we love being a bit lazy and want the ladder to weight 20 pounds, but at the same time we don't want a ladder so weak that will bend or fail at one moment. So let's carry the weight. Wheels should help a lot
Yup, I can still get lazy with a 6ft aluminum painters ladder that maybe weighs 10-15 pounds if I'm doing a lot on in home painting. But you can't beat the versatility to price ratio that the little giant provides. 300lbs on both sides is nice to have!
Not true for me. The wheels never interfere with anything. Once the ladder is LOCKED into place, even if the wheels touches the ground, it cannot move or slide, because the lock mechanism lock the ladder A shape in place. I’ve been using this ladder for over 2 years now and never had any issue with it. I can confidently say this is the best and highest quality I have ever used and owned.
Guys I have this ladder and the orange extension latches are impossible to close. I have to smack them a few times and I feel like I have to be missing something about the mechanics of this thing. Any ideas?
Once you have the latch aligned exactly with the Hole on the inner ladder part, it should be pretty easy for it to lock in. Sometimes it pop right in to place, sometimes I do smack it in, just to make SURE it’s secured and safe. It’s been several years now, and this ladder is still serving me well, just like it was new
HappyRider Reviews thanks. There must be a problem with my Rock Locks then because it happens every time even though they are aligned. I’ll give them a call. Thanks again.
Thanks all! I contacted the company and, after sending pics and video, they sent me replacement ladder extensions! I bought the thing years ago, so this says quite a lot about the integrity of the company. Excellent!
I'm 70 years old this might be one of the best inventions I've ever seen I love mine

My wife is about your height. Just curious if/how your opinion has changed in the time since you wrote this?
@@narcissistectomy5134 My opinion about the ladder hasn’t changed a bit! It’s still a nice little ladder.

You are absolutely right!
My Little Giant step ladder is stuck and I can't get it unstuck. Is there a lifetime guarantee for these?
Great video, thanks
Glad you liked it!
Your two videos got me to pull the trigger on the ladder. Thank you for sharing your information.
When layed flat, fully extended does it actually measure 22 feet long?

Best ladder.
Nice video…deciding between 22 vs 26…what do you recommend?
Can use to purn palm trees?
Great video, appreciate the way you demonstrated how to use it. I'm currently trying to decide between a 17 or 22 foot ladder.
I'm a painter and I love the 17 model I can pretty much get anything done in a house with the 17

@@charlessodos5497 do you paint any high ceiling rooms with that 17, say 10-11 foot high?, thanks
Thank you for explaining how to use it, it was very helpful!

Agree. This is a very well built and weight distributed ladder

Great video. Thanks. It helped me make my Christmas decision. You should make more videos concerning your purchases. Thanks.
Thanks. I will try to do more.
The rock lock of my daugther's ladder won't lock back in place. Is there something in the mechanism that keeps if from locking?
Hi. I’m looking to buy a ladder. The one you using in that video, is that a 17 foot or 22 foot?
22
I'm trying to fit it in my Camry too 😂
Excellent..👍
Very good review, thanks
Thanks
Helpful video- especially the small vehicle info. Thanks.
Does little giant make a standoff for this ladder?
Great job!!!

Puede una escalera de esas usarse con las ruedas hacia arriba ???
OR u could just roll it?
Some people saying the wheels at the bottom are potential hazards could make the ladder slide is that true ?

One thing is there is no place putting tools, screws or paint can on top tray!
I think it comes As a separate attachment we have to get

How do your bare feet feel after you drop a 40 lb ladder on them? 😂😂
In Soviet Russia, you no climb ladder -- ladder climb you.
LMFAO😂😂
None of those are the right way to carry a ladder.
