Hi I´m Guadalupe Luna. I just purchased the Superdex 75 10/300 column. I'm trying to run the column performance control. According to the instructions in the manual, I must maintain a flow rate of 0.75 ml / min at room temperature and inject 100 microliters of 0.5% acetone, however, the flow that comes out of the column is only 0.1 ml / min. min and not 0.75 ml / min. What could be the problem? I hope you can help me. Thanks.
