Duck Camp 2023-Zach and Grandpas Camp

- Duck camp 2023 was a wet one. We had a good time and stayed as dry as possible. With all the rain the ducks stayed put and we had slow action with our hunt, but hunting is only part of what camp is all about.
Good to see you filming again. I miss your engine repair and camping videos.
Love that you have so many wonderful traditions in your family. Great to see you together throughout the year.

Always great to learn from your grandads. I never got the chance. My moms dad passed when I was a kid and my Dads dad passed during the war to end all wars. Listen, record and feel the information that he gives, it's priceless. Blessings to you and your Grandad...

I guess it will be a few more years before Rose will be able to join the family fun of "Duck Camp". Rain something we all have to fight every once in a while. About as much fun is picking tobacco leaves in July and all it does all day is rain. But I was young and youngsters handle that stuff better than us older folks now.

Loved the video but have just one question? Why was closed captioning not an option this time? As a hearing impaired veteran I enjoy the videos more if there are captions to read and fill in what I missed in the conversations.
GLad to see this. I was wondering what happened to Zach's version of duck camp. I was starting think there was a problem with it. Cant wait for the deer stands and deer seasons videos. Good luck to you family and friends this year. I know its been quite a four or five years since anyone in your has got a deer. I wish I had been able to spend time with my grandpas like this. My dad's dad died long before I was born. My mom's parents didnt have hardly anything to do with us from when I was 6 or 7 until I was 19. Long story I dont want to go into here in the comments. Remind your dad to bring the note someone left him there at deer camp. lol If you hadnt put the note on this about the camera I would have thought you had a wood pecker in camp.
