First off, awesome find. There's more than $30 worth of scrap and parts there. Note though: That's a 12 or 14 foot trailer. The nose is all the way up and the rear of the boat is hanging way off the bunks. I would either add some length to the trailer or sell that one and buy a trailer for a 16' boat. Unless you're not trailering it very far. Over long distances especially with an engine on the back, those short bunks will put a lot of pressure on the hull where they end.
Zach those ammo cans sell for anywhere from 15.00$ to 30.00$ alone at different places I have seen!!! And even in used condition also!! The newer ones that you see sometimes in stores are definitely not as heavy duty as the older ammo cans and I have seen a bunch of the newer ones with the lids broken!!! I’d say that you just bought an ammo can for 30.00$ and the rest was free!!! You definitely got one heck of a deal!!! Hopefully the boat floats and you can get some good fishing done out of it for sure!!!!
You should be arrested for theft. For what you paid you can't go wrong. Its going to need some TLC but a Nice Find!!!!. I would replace the tires..!!! and double check that transom. You got some working room on this one!! 😃😄✌✌

I don't believe I would consider a Smoker Craft an upgrade to a Lund. They make a good boat. Don't get me wrong. My top 5 list for sure. However, not a Lund. IMO
You didn’t buy that boat , you stoled it. I have a smoker craft same as that one , you’ll love it great in waves , great handling lots of room . Now all you need is a nice motor , I don’t know what you have on other boat . I put a. 15 hp on mine , looking for a 20 - 25.
Tried to tell your dad that the external drives you guys use to run a business is trash. As you found out the hard way they are unreliable. He doesn't want to put his stuff on other people's servers but fortune 5 companies do with business critical data. Please start using some cloud storage, apple, Google whatever. I use Google for all my photos and videos. It's cheap comparatively speaking

Any holes you get you want repair? I use JB weld get it as smooth as you can. That stuff does not come off works awesome.
