If you want the most fps possible then you can minimize the window, but overall I'm impressed that you boosted the fps by 50x! Impressive, +1 Sub
yea i thought about that but i usually play with the window maximized so i let it on that :)
this is what i need , i guess searching for fps boost on youtube isnt the best option , thanks for reminding me of sodium man!
np :)
Hey i was wondering how much fps you would get on this setuo on 1.21? I think it would be cool if you would make a pt2 but only on the newest version
nice video, if u plan on doing more videos like this u might wanna buy a capture card so u can screen record without losing fps.
new sub
thanks :), I got myself a capture card recently but the laptop only has DisplayPort & VGA Output so I couldn't use my HDMI capture card to record it
I didn't know that theres still a way to update win7, interesting!
you have an incredible talent for making complex topics simple!
@@TahoZoma thanks :)
I’m sure if you played optifine on 1.8.9 you’d get even better results. It also has more reasoning than 1.12.2, as 1.8.9 is a version very widely used for the combat features on servers. 1.8.9 would definitely run much better but optifine would be required in order to run it better than 1.12.2 with optifine.
really? i play 1.8.9 often but i've heard everyone say that 1.12.2 is better optimized so i thought that'd be the better option
@@zettadoestech 1.12.2 was the last version of the game before 1.13 changed a bunch of stuff and made it much laggier. Notably forge modders got screwed over by 1.13 so 1.12.2 has a lot more mods than usual. 1.12.2 has been called the most stable version as it’s before 1.13 while also having the most bugs fixed. However I’d say 1.8.9 would be better for purely fps and chunk loading.
thanks for the information, if i make a part 2 of this video i'll make sure to use 1.8.9 :)
You should try to watch Notrodan's video where he beats Minecraft fps record, he shows every steps to get rlly high performances
i watched the video a while back, but i couldn't do some methods as they needed windows 10 instead of windows 7 and also he had the intel hd 4000 graphics instead of hd 3000 graphics, which is a big boost even tho it's only 1 generation
i am cant wait to see you hit 100K subscribers:)
thanks but i don't rlly think that'll ever happen, i dont rlly think that im entertaining enough
nah i belive in ya ,@@zettadoestech. you just had to do more minecraft stuff by inviting ppl with low end laptop's or pc's to one of your videos , and how to inprove your performance by a landslide. even me , i have an 8gb ram of laptop but i can only run at 40+ fps using optifine on 1.20.6.
@@vynxibedd thanks :) btw don't use optifine, use sodium instead, it's much better
You should try atlasos vs tiny11 vs revios would be a insane video
thanks for the idea, i'll make sure to do that :)
Hey bro can you tell me some ways to get more fps on Minecraft 1.16.5 - 1.18+
I personally just use the sodium, lithium and indium mods and play at 1024x768 resolution, it gives me more than 100 fps in 1.16.5 on the intel HD 3000 Graphics
@@zettadoestech can I put them all at once??
@@venonzx-g7j yup you can combine all the mods
I recommend u something
Try to use Linux not windows as Linux used more optimised drivers and opengl version it legis boost my fps from 50-60 to 100-120 in Linux mint
someone else recommended this aswell but in my experience older iGPUs gave me less performance on linux than on windows, while newer ones gave me more performance in linux than on windows, that's why i use linux on my newer devices and older windows versions on my older devices :)
@@zettadoestech noo brooo my igpu is not even close to urs it can't even run 1.16+ version but in Linux it can it's intel hd 2000 💀
You should try OptiCraft.
I saw the mod on some sites but I see that it doesn't have many downloads or reviews so I don't really trust it
You can try Tiny11
that would run worse than windows 7, as windows 7 doesn't take as much ram as windows 11 or tiny11 does
@zettadoestech yeah depends on laptop/pc since my old pc fs it used 8 gb of ram out of 16 I had where on my main pc it uses 3-5gb out of the 32 but yeah doesn't seem to like older hardware
@@s3_ember i used tiny11 in an older video about dualbooting and it used about 2GB out of my 8GB on idle, while windows 7 uses only around 800MB on idle, that's why i stuck with windows 7 :)
@@zettadoestech ahh i mean smart move tbh but good video quite amazing how a cheap laptop can be that good fps wise with a few optimizations
@@s3_ember thanks :)
What about trying it on Linux?:3
I've read that the intel hd 3000 drivers were worse on linux than on windows, i used arch before and it was a bit worse (really confused me cuz on my pc i get more fps on linux) so that's why i chose windows :)
u should have try win 10 😂😂
i had windows 10 on this laptop for a bit but windows 7 is more lightweight so i chose it instead :)
@@zettadoestech cachyos is even more light weight
cachyos is a linux distro and i used arch linux on this laptop before, the general performance was much better but the gaming performance was a bit worse than on windows 7 (confused me cuz on my pc linux performs better) so that's why i chose windows 7 :)
@@zettadoestechu do have an amd gpu in your main rigs right?
u good
thanks :)
U forgot that arch linux exists.
@@rch5395 no i didn't, it's just that windows 7 gave me more performance
theres windows 7 superlite
i know, but it's missing some features which normal windows 7 has and since i plan on using this laptop normally i didn't use it :)
I have Dell latitude E7440 😂😢
nice
@@zettadoestech nniicceee hhaaaaa
@@zettadoestech please help me to reach 100+fps with recording
what are your specs? not every device can even reach 100fps while recording
If you would have gone with linux you would had even better experience than win 7 cause the driver support support for Intel HD 3000 is better in Linux 😂
a lot of people suggested that already but in my experience linux gave me less performance on this laptop than windows 7
just saying pushing a "laptop" to its limits in minecraft is too ambiguous. i wish you specified it's a potato laptop
I didn't say it's a potato because it could still run games decently, as long as I wasn't recording on it :)
@@zettadoestech whatever your standards for calling something potato, i expected this video to use a high end laptop and put crazy amount of shaders and lod mods and stuff. both are interesting, but i wish i could tell which kind of video it is from the title
idrk what I call potato lol, maybe like an old celeron pc cuz I think that even old games would run bad on that, btw I put the laptop I used in the thumbnail so I thought that'd tell people that it's not a gaming laptop sorry
First!!!!!
lol nice
