Genuine question: what's wrong with Reinhard?
He needs support to get in and take space but many of the other tanks don't require that same support. this creates a negative feedback loop where DPS and support get picked off more easily because a larger percentage of the healing and resources are going towards getting the rein into position. That in turn leads to fewer resources in total requiring even more of the limited resources to be put into rein to keep him up and it all just crumbles from there.

Reducing the team to 5 people was a mistake. Rein feels (and plays) terrible with no offtank.
hes not very dynamic and got power crept super hard
he's weak compared to other tanks that just do more and pretty much forces you to play rush style where you have to move planets to keep him alive long enough to close distance with the enemy team. and the enemy team can just kite you anyway

the whole tank roster is basically ASS, 5v5 is utter garbage.
To be fair in alot of games tanks pretty garbage especially if there's a Zen. The 20% passive is aids
