JUDO 11 Dynamic WARM UP exercises by Jason Koster

Sensei Jason Koster coached a recent 2021 Judo training camp held here in our dojo. We were lucky to have an Auckland Judo Squad visit. I thought some coaches might like to see the variety in his warm up as we often have a need to vary the exercises.
