Local guy up here did the EWG Killer B header on a full bolt on fa20 WRX, put down 350 whp on 93 octane stock turbo. He also has the BRZ IBR intake manifold swap on his car. I got the dyno sheets if anyone would like proof. That’s more whp then a STi will make with FBO o. 93 octane as well, stock turbo...
Flex was definitely my favorite power mod to date! The largest improvement after all the supporting mods were taken care of. Glad to hear you are really enjoying your build! And thank you for the kind words 🙏
Hey love the car and been following the IG for awhile! I was under the impression that the kit came with something to block off the IWG. Why did you need to fabricate a bracket for it?
I actually bought my Killer B header used from a friend so it only came with the vac lines he was using. He chose to weld his internal wastegate and ended up misplacing the piece that the kit originally came with. I didn't want to do any welding inside of the turbo so I made my own bracket.
I don’t see why you couldn’t. You may need a electronic boost controller as well. To be completely honest, my tuner said it wasn’t worth the money and I wouldn’t see a significant power increase with the headers. The primary reason I got them was so I could run catless and not risk boost creep. That, and they were also a steal of a deal from a buddy. I’d talk to a tuner you plan on going to and discuss what he suggests and what fits your interests. You need to get a tune when you get them anyway.
We can install a widebody in 12 hours roughly. Headers is a different story, plus that requires a tune. We would be 100% down to install the widebody kit though! Cut, weld, weather proof, etc.
I have an Invidia N1 turbo back exhaust (the last sound clip inside the car is with a muffler delete pipe I’m working on that bolts up to the Invidia 3in exhaust) and Killer B headers with dual Tial wastegates. Just installed an N2MB ignition cut system, nearly FBO minus turbo and intake manifold. E85 tuned as well. Bagged on Airlift, CCC widebody, Cosmis Racing wheels, extended lug studs... lol the list is huge.
Stephen Baran right now I have a Invidia Catless DP/J Pipe. I was thinking of getting a Tomei & Killer B Headers Just to have full bolt ons. Is there serious power gains getting Headers?

FA has more power but the EJ will have more torque
Yeah I had a recall for those manifold bolts on my 2018.... nice video bro awesome car!🤩😍💪
I love that turbo whistle, keep you the good work
Great video. Just got done installing my intake, j-pipe, chargepipe, fmic and flexfuel. Might have to work on some cosmetic parts next

That bolt missing on your header is a recall just a heads up
Yeah lol I found out a few weeks later on some Facebook Subaru groups 😂
If I came down from New York. With a 2017 wrx how long would it take for a wide body plus killer bee headers?

Wtf is that Honda sound
🍚
What widebody kit is on the WRX?
Crown Carbon Crafting!
What state are you located in? and also Where did you take your WRX to get your widebody kit installed? Please and thank you :)
We are in South Carolina, and we install all our widebody kits as well as for customers!
Stephen Baran I’m located in NY and I’m looking for a body shop that would do a great job. That’s the CCC widebody?
What other mods you have on? DP & Exhaust And Etc
