Is the vouchers being generated from AP (access point)? Is the video shown all done in the Access point AP?
Hei patrick
Did you config pre or post autherization subnet?
I got dhcp, but cant connect to internet and my portal voucher didn't show when i connected to the guest network
Please your advise
Thanks
thanks. Please can you recommmend the best devices to use for a complete Guest hotspot setup with only voucher code no username for a large hotel.
Great video!
I had a question while watching the video: is it possible to create specific access for a user who can only manage vouchers and does not have the ability to see or edit other sections?
Thanl you.
Yep - Go to Admins - add a new user and Click Manage Roles - add a new role, select Network - Hotspot Operator then assign it to your user
it is possible to reduce the digit of the password for the voucher? in your video is {"5 digits"-"5 digits"} in one like this {"5 digits"} ? thanks Davide
First, thanks,
Can I use another voucher template to print
Why devices fails to get IP addresses when connecting to Guest network?
Did you set a DHCP scope?
i need know, how to send the unifi guest hotspot to wired LAN on usg, my controller is on virtual server
@@UNIQedumx you will have to add the VLAN of the guest hotspot to the controller and assign the network type as Guest Network.
Hi @@PatrickDomingues1 , having issue, my devices cant get an IP address. Am using a VLAN which carries my DHCP and assigned the Guest Network, but its still now working. Am using an external Radius authentication.
My devices are also failing to obtain IP addresses.
