Thank you for taking the time to make these, your videos have been a huge help.
Good to know!
Tysm for your vids! 😄 I was completely lost reading the textbook chapter, but you broke the concepts down too easy. Now, I'm tackling practice problems
DR. Stewart, thank you for taking the time in this lecture to explain the Right Hand Rule and the Scalar and Cross Product in Statics terms. I really understand the Moment of a Force from do many problems from different Statics books.
before this video calculating moment was hard for me
but now it is piece of cake
thankyou Dr Calvin Stewart
Greetings from Nigeria, your lectures have been really helpful in the course i'm studying (ENGR. 101) at University of Nigeria Nsukka. Thanks a lot
I hope it went well for you this semester.
I just want to thank you for your videos, you are a smart teacher and these videos helping me a lot. God bless you شكرا
+Joseph Riad you're welcome!
Thanks for such detailed lectures for review. Studying Mechanical Engineering in Florida. Thank you again.
I studied in Florida. It's a small world. Good Luck!
Thanks from Haiti
Thank you for taking the time to put these together. Your attitude is upbeat and draws a student into wanting to learn the subject matter. Since that is the case for me, I was wondering if you are putting together any videos on Dynamics?
I dont mean to be so offtopic but does anyone know a method to get back into an Instagram account..?
I was dumb lost the password. I appreciate any tips you can give me!
@Kaiser Castiel instablaster :)
@Alden Ezra i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now.
I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
@Alden Ezra it did the trick and I actually got access to my account again. I'm so happy!
Thank you so much you saved my ass!
@Kaiser Castiel no problem xD
Thank you master. You explain things very clear
thanks alot of all your lectures they are very usefull in my study ( aeronautical engineering) tnx from Iraq 🌹🌹
+Ali Mousa Jr you're welcome!
thank you dr from northern cyprus
Thank you sir. I will be starting the civil engineering program in September this year. Although i have the Hibbler book but i have managed to get thru to chapter 4 where i got stuck and really did not understand. Using your videos has really help me. Thanks once again sir. Greetings from Canada
Awesome. I'm glad you are doing well.
Great Video
but I'm kinda confused with the direction of C. U said that C=AxB while in fact according to the the image I thought that C was equal to BxA by using the RIGHT HAND RULE
Thx
Right hand rule! Now I get it
do u know I learned from u more than our doctor learn us---- thanx
wow beautifully explained..
doing mechanical engineering from Pakistan and tomorrow is my final exam and here I am preparing it well
Talha Ahmed Good luck my dude.
I hope you did well!
Calvin Stewart yes i got A
@@talhaahmed2117 Awesome!
GREAT VIDEO, THANK U!
+Yvonne Chacon you're welcome!
Thank you so much sir lam from Afghanistan
you are thr best thnk you sirrr
Thank you very much
Great video!
than you sir it's very useful video for me.
You are welcome Mursal. I hope you are doing well and succeed in Statics!
You are welcome Mursal!
Thank you from malaysia
Thanks a lot for this lecture sir🙏😁
If a force is parallel to the line of action, does it not create a moment?

Thanx for great explanation but i have extra info. for determine the cross product of unit direction vector , which is
i , j ,k if we multi two of them will get the third and the sign depend on the clock or counter wise
for example
if we multi. j x i will equal -k
on the otherhand
if we multi i x j will equal k
so it depend on the clock or counter wise
thanx again !!
ME student - Saudi Arabia
Thanks ☺
You're welcome!
Dr.can u check a &b in the FBD @13:54
denesh told me to ask you dr stewart
i want to ask you about the direction of the moment and the sign for the moment. i still confuse it whether
(+) : clock wise and (-) : counter clock wise or
(+) : counter clock wise and (-) : clock wise
i love you man :D
