I have seen this man grow so much. Sometimes people just won’t let you grow. They hold you to your past mistakes especially those in the public eye. We have this weird relationship with obsessive celebrity culture but he’s a human. I’m grateful to hear that he’s happy.

I have been following Charla from 2010 I watched his transition into advocating for mental health. I kind of ignored him, but little did i realize I always had a form of anxiety. I had my 1st panic attack a month ago due to health scare. I have been having scary symptoms since then, that turned out to be a mental issue. Always remember to meditate and exercise, and practice mindfulness. You don't ever want to experience a panic attack

    Thank you
6:00 don’t allow setbacks, mistakes or failures to define you
    15:00 transerency with cancel culture
21:18 guilt and shame around mistakes
Most times mistakes are made out of ignorance. But now you realise why it was wrong to do that. The feeling is an alarm inside you to let you know you did something you don’t want to do again
You can’t change the past, recognise your present and move forward learning from those mistakes- especially if you didn’t hurt anyone else
Redemptions come from your actions. The best apology is changed behaviour
26:45 if needed go to therapy

I changed a lot but still have so far to go, but I can't help but wonder if my healing process can be helped by just telling my story. Charlamagne said " You can't fully deal with anything until you reveal it to the world" I just don't know where and how to start
