I love this! As an archaeologist, my only critique is that your "finding priceless historical artefacts" look is FAR too clean. You should be covered in a fine layer of dust and a thicker layer of dirt at all times 😅
I'm in TEARS with the last one! I know your metal days are behind you, but that's why I came up with this scenario. You know enough about metal to make it work but also far enough from it to give off the "clueless grandma" vibe. I loved every single outfit. The magical artifact is sooo pretty, I think the boots went very well with it. And I NEED 😤 the tea party Hobbit outfit in my life!!! It is the cutest style ever. I loved that you curled your hair for it too. 10 out of 10, love it all.
the was so fun. also my current wardrobe is just band shirts and leggings so I imagine that cottagecore grandma is just how i am going to dress when I'm too old for the leggings.
Omg I love this! Please do a second one soon! When I get bored of my closet I give myself fun prompts as well, this week I did “Business trip to Seoul but it’s my day off,” “Yale class of 1988 autumn break,” “Intern at an architectural firm in Copenhagen, but it’s 1992,” and today is “Sally from Practical Magic would definitely wear this.”
I loved the last one. And the fact that you had to dig up the shoes and the only metal thing was entirely not metal (and missing the point) that it gave off “here the nintondo you wanted for Christmas” vibes, still trying your grandma-y best lol XD
The Malfoy-dinner is sooo classy! Wow, I would go in that outfit to every formal occasion! But my favourite was the "generic villager". I felt the mighty need to replicate that outfit to the T, and as I am missing every single part of it, this winter will be in the name of sewing. And btw the straw hat was the cherry on top, loved it!
How about television interview after having won your first Oscar? A space princess? A femme fatale in film noir? Appearing in court dressed to avoid murder charges? A super spy (James Bond style)? A person who's survived the in the film version of the town of silent hill? A twee children's entertainer? Head of surgery at a hospital?
Honestly I kind of loved that your "finding priceless artifacts" look was more dressed for the boxed collections sitting forgotten in storage facilities on campus than the field haha. I may be a field archaeologist, but that was a damned good classy version of our outfits
Your frustration at the beginning 🤣 I would feel the same. Uncontrollable noise is so grating! That metal grandma look was soooo hilarious, great job coming up with that! If you ever need a pick-me-up video in the future please do more of these :D
How were you able to sumerize my entire aesthetic in one phrase. "Cottage core grandma with a little metal", what can I say I love flowy dresses and leather jackets.
As someone desperate for peace and quiet but living in a major city, I HIGHLY reccomend getting some construction grade ear muffs! I throw those suckers on and it really helps dampen the sound. Sometimes I even put on some in-ear headphones and I can just carry on with my day as usual.
These outfits are all so cute and perfect ! Love love your capes :) especially the first one! Ps: edit - I had not seen the cottagecore one, hahaha very nice (Borat voice)!
This was so fun! I, too, am sound sensitive so I totally feel for you dealing with all that construction noise around you. Hopefully it gets done soon and you can have your peace back!
THE GRANDMA LOOK *o* It's awesome, both the suggestion itself and the look xD I love it. With the sunglasses, it's perfect. I'm pretty sure I'll be this kind of grandma xD This concept is really cool and fun and cute ♥
Okay, where to get the pants from the 3rd outfit "Looking for piceless historical artefacts"? They are almost exactly the kind of pants I've been looking for :D
Love all these outfit, and the combo og cottagecore-metal was just such a good surprise, loved the outfit 😄 my fave must be the teaparty in Hobbiton. Hobbitcore deserves to get more love 💛💛💛
I enjoyed this video sooo much! Please do more. I loved the Grandma, since I am one, and just may have to put together a similar outfit just for fun. 😄
This was awesome. You've such a talent for creating outfits that suit you marvelously well and at the same time, capture the spirit of a given theme or occasion perfectly.
Oh I love that video! Great job lucy also the editing was very creative! The second dress reminded me of belles dress from the beauty and the beast! As I am from Bavaria I love Dirndls!
I had to tell you, my bird decided that she was going to dance in a wild parrot dance when you played the music. She was very entertained! You got very strange looks when you started to talk. The song was not even over, how could you?! So says one crazy cockatoo! Thank you!🕊
I loved this and I’m glad it helped you get through the madness I also have sound sensitivity and that would have made me so ill so I’m very glad you were able to distract yourself xx
Ok, so I recently bought a vintage dress, but I also have like 20 t-shirts from metal bands, so yeah, I am so glad cottagecore grandma who has a metal t-shirt on is a thing :D:D:D
It’s so cool to catch up with you because I have been a sub of yours since your hair journey, henna dying, bang trimming days!! I feel like we grew up together! Great video💕❤️
Ok, but the grandma suggestion was the most wholesome thing I've ever seen 🧡🧡
yeah, that one was absolutly adorabe ^^
I love this! As an archaeologist, my only critique is that your "finding priceless historical artefacts" look is FAR too clean. You should be covered in a fine layer of dust and a thicker layer of dirt at all times 😅
I was thinking more of an art/history museum curator - that would also fit "finding priceless artifacts"
Definitely, we were always covered in mud.

10 out of 10, love it all.
Hahaha thank you!
This was loads of fun! I'd easily watch ten more episodes of this kind of video :)
Same! I now want this to be a whole series because this was so much fun!
Me too. I've even made some suggestions.
Yess this was so fun!!
the was so fun. also my current wardrobe is just band shirts and leggings so I imagine that cottagecore grandma is just how i am going to dress when I'm too old for the leggings.
Hahaha perfect!
You would look beautiful in that, but I don’t think anyone could be too old for leggings
same here! are we secretly sharing the same wardrobe? :O
The grandma look was amazing because it was absolutely and completely Helena Bonham-Carter. We need more of this style!
Okay, the going to the market for purchase potions outfit gives me Disney Beauty and the Beast Belle’s blue dress vibes.
Okay, but "searching for artifacts" is giving such Evelyn from The Mummy vibes
Omg I love this! Please do a second one soon! When I get bored of my closet I give myself fun prompts as well, this week I did “Business trip to Seoul but it’s my day off,” “Yale class of 1988 autumn break,” “Intern at an architectural firm in Copenhagen, but it’s 1992,” and today is “Sally from Practical Magic would definitely wear this.”
Love the last one, for Gillian too :)
I loved the last one. And the fact that you had to dig up the shoes and the only metal thing was entirely not metal (and missing the point) that it gave off “here the nintondo you wanted for Christmas” vibes, still trying your grandma-y best lol XD
😂😂

The grandma-goes-a-little-bit-metal might just be my new favorite aesthetic??
How about television interview after having won your first Oscar?
A space princess?
A femme fatale in film noir?
Appearing in court dressed to avoid murder charges?
A super spy (James Bond style)?
A person who's survived the in the film version of the town of silent hill?

The looks were awesome, but gods, grandma gave me such joy!
Honestly I kind of loved that your "finding priceless artifacts" look was more dressed for the boxed collections sitting forgotten in storage facilities on campus than the field haha. I may be a field archaeologist, but that was a damned good classy version of our outfits
PLEASE make more of these! This is my favorite video I've seen for awhile and it inspired me to get dressed
Please can this be a series!! A delightful video and I loved that you managed to pull off the concepts flawlessly
Cottagecore Metal Grandma is ICONIC
Cottagecore Grandma dabbling with metal is the new aesthetic to close out 2021
I liked the buying potions and tea in Hobbiton outfits best, but the idea of granny being metal to support her grandchild was adorable!
Cottagecore grandma was my fave! Haha love it! I feel attached to your Evanescence t-shirt and always smile when it makes an appearance. :) :)
Your frustration at the beginning 🤣 I would feel the same. Uncontrollable noise is so grating! That metal grandma look was soooo hilarious, great job coming up with that! If you ever need a pick-me-up video in the future please do more of these :D
10/10 for all the looks and an honorable mention to cottagecore grandma b/c that is such a hard prompt and you absolutely nailed it !!
I never thought that metal grandma style would become so tempting to me
Omg this was so much fun. Loved all the looks but The tea party in hobbitown was my favourite 💓
How were you able to sumerize my entire aesthetic in one phrase. "Cottage core grandma with a little metal", what can I say I love flowy dresses and leather jackets.

What a fun video! Really enjoyed this and had a good laugh at “cottagecore metal granny” 👍
Please make this a series! I absolutely loved this video
The grandma one is hilarious 😂 i would enjoy more of these videos. Suggestion: a human-fairy visiting her animal friends at the forest
when i read "going to town to buy herbs for potions" i thought it would be more of a claire look from outlander.
Omg the metal grandma!!! My friends call me that hahahha I dress just like that! So fun!
The going to get potions one also looks like going flower picking on a picnic.
The hobbit and the going to buy potions are my favorite looks. I would love to wear them in my everyday.
These outfits are all so cute and perfect ! Love love your capes :) especially the first one!
Ps: edit - I had not seen the cottagecore one, hahaha very nice (Borat voice)!

Poor Lucy! That noise would drive me absolutely up a wall!
This was so much fun! I’m so glad your spirits were lifted. This has inspired me to dress up for fun today and this weekend too! Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️
I absolutely love how random and progressively bizarre this video got. Awesome.
I have sound sensitivity too, Lucy, so I can relate. Great video! ❤️
Love all these outfit, and the combo og cottagecore-metal was just such a good surprise, loved the outfit 😄 my fave must be the teaparty in Hobbiton. Hobbitcore deserves to get more love 💛💛💛
This is good… ANOTHER!!!
I enjoyed this video sooo much! Please do more. I loved the Grandma, since I am one, and just may have to put together a similar outfit just for fun. 😄
Lifted my spirits as well, thank you!
love watching these and so nice to see you have some fun with it lucy!! i hope the construction ends soon that sounds like a nightmare
This was so fun!!! Would definitely love more of these in the future
This was awesome. You've such a talent for creating outfits that suit you marvelously well and at the same time, capture the spirit of a given theme or occasion perfectly.
I vote the last one being the best.
Okay but the music to perfectly fit each vibe was everything XD
The historical artefacts reminded me of Tina from fantastic beasts
Little bit metal cottage core grandma is my new aesthetic goal!!💖💖💖
I had so much fun watching this I forgot to drink my cup of darjeeling... 😳
Now that's a proper compliment!
I never knew how to describe my style till I saw the last look hahaha I love your videos :)
Yes this is amazing!! Please do another one soon!!
Oh I love that video! Great job lucy also the editing was very creative! The second dress reminded me of belles dress from the beauty and the beast! As I am from Bavaria I love Dirndls!
This is such a fun idea!
L.E. I laughed out loud at the slightly metal grandma idea, lol
I love this so much! I'd love to see you do this again! I had a terrible day and this made me feel better 🙃
This was fun. Very funny/nice scenario's, loved them. And I am in awe of your super cool and versatile wardrobe and shoes! Again, loved watching this!
i love this a lot! i think you can definitely make this a series!
Metal granny is going to be me in a few years 😂. My dad is slowly becoming the male version though for my kids.
I love everything. Especially the grandma is so amazing!
I am LIVING for the unrealistic scenarios 😂😂😂
This was so fun and chill, thanks! Hope the construction noise settles down soon.
Loved this video and the fact that the grandma got metal kinda wrong makes the outfit funnier 🖤
So much fun!! Thank you ❤️
are you gonna do a part 2??? I loved it 🥺🥺
I had to tell you, my bird decided that she was going to dance in a wild parrot dance when you played the music. She was very entertained! You got very strange looks when you started to talk. The song was not even over, how could you?! So says one crazy cockatoo! Thank you!🕊
These are all clever, but honestly your very sweet smile and nice eyes would make any outfit look terrific.
Love all your looks, the grandma one was funny. I think hobbit is my favourite.
Pleaaase make this a series, this video made me unreasonably happy! ♥
I just thought of something! Since it's Halloween season, I thought it would be so cool to see you do an authentic Salem witch transformation!
This was a great video! I hope the renovations don't last long!
I just love the grandma!
I loved this! I would like to see a part two! I always love imagining my self in impossible scenarios for fun and this was perfect for me😂
Oh that noise causes me physical pain. How did you manage?!? But I loved this video idea 💜💜
I love your style! 😍
I love this video idea! The music pairings are so fun to go with each outfit too!
Omg I was so happy when you whipped out that evanescence shirt! 😍 Soooo cute!
This was absolutely amazing I loved every outfit, and it was just so much fun. The editing and music details were also amazing I loved it.
Squealed as soon as I saw the thumbnail. This is amazing!!!!!
Fun video! It's great to see you making a video just for fun! I miss those days here on youtube....
This was absolutely awesome, we need a part 2 please
The last one has Helen Bonham Carter vibes
I loved this and I’m glad it helped you get through the madness I also have sound sensitivity and that would have made me so ill so I’m very glad you were able to distract yourself xx
Ok. I love the grandma look and I might have to copy it and add it to my own wardrobe xD
This was such a cute and fun video, I hope you make more of these in the future! So, so fun
haha, the last one.... 🤣😍
Absolutely loved this video! You executed all the ideas so well and they were really fun and inspiring :)
Ok, so I recently bought a vintage dress, but I also have like 20 t-shirts from metal bands, so yeah, I am so glad cottagecore grandma who has a metal t-shirt on is a thing :D:D:D
This was such a fun video, I wish I had your closet lol
This was so much fun!
I love this video! I smiled through the whole thing, so creative and fun!
To be fair nearby construction is the perfect time for loud renovations cause noones getting any peace anyway.
Great idea! Please do another one ☺️😍
This whole video was everything! This concept it so creative! Also, the Hobbit outfit is my absolute favorite! So pretty!
Great video! So much fun!🤠🥰
