What kind of upgrade are you talking about?.Most companies I know trained and upgrade their own staff to occupy high paying position. Ghanaian should look for better companies first. You cannot upgrade yourself in Dubai without having proper connection. Don't just waste your money because Dubai is costly 😂😂😂. Many have been a victim of this. We're in Arab Gulf not Europe

Bossu, she is saying the company has ceased her passport not the government. Be careful how you push the information out to the people. It's against Dubai law to keep anybody's passport. She came through the wrong channel. Non registered agents. Dubai is a country of laws. Make sure you know the laws of the country.
