She’s so far the Financial Literate Person on your platform, keeping her coming back to educate us
I built my house first then rented it to bank in accra now I am enjoying the proceed now, i am getting money from ghana to pay my mortgage now in canada
Please DJ Nyanmi, can you please bring Madam Sandra back again, sometime in the future. Her assertions were on point.👏
As a female Ghanaian living in the U.S., all that this lady is saying is the truth about tough life here and in Canada. When it comes to debt, consumers have been programmed to buy, buy, buy, and get into debt. Stores offer you the opportunity to take merchandises home and pay monthly sometimes over a period of years. Any consumer can furnish their apartment or home with anything they desire and pay monthly and take five years or more to pay for the items. She is a wise lady and had educated the viewers. I am grateful for her input. God bless her and her family.
TRUE.. I HAVE LEARNT ALOT FROM HER
Too much wisdom thank you Mummy
No Madam, the plan must be to build apartment blocks in Ghana and rent them out and keep one apartment for yourself not so called self contained houses.
That's all
Something like a real estate business
Thanks for the financial insights. 🙌
In GH, u can survive in the harsh economic condition if only u involve urself in corrupt or illegal practices. Otherwise there will be no future for u and ur descendants so pls don't discourage them from travelling abroad. There are better opportunities out there cox the system works.
This is what I keep telling my friends and coworkers. Am so surprised why we travel and work hard but have nothing to show for. Life insurance is the best way to go.
Very educative DJ Nyaame❤
Wooow this woman is too much 👋👋👋👋
There are people who bought houses and are not able to pay
I recently have a friend who is retired went to ghana and guess what he beg me to let him stay in my house in accra, life you never know what will come out
It doesn't make sense where did he thinks he's going leave in ghana
She looks younger than her age, wow😢
TFSA is another account Canadians use for tax free gains.
RRSP with a company match is good tool for your retirement.
She works a job that has a pension for life, so yes RRSP may not make sense to her but for those in the private sector, RRSP's make sense at higher income level.
She sounds like a financial sales person (based on her promoting a particular type of life insurance), hopefully her mortgage is paid off here by now. e.g. if you are single you need no life insurance. You only need term life insurance for the duration of your mortgage. If you are extremely wealthy, you use life insurance products in a tax-efficient way for your spouse and kids.
Taking equity out your house to go build your forever home in Ghana only makes sense if you are close to retirement. That is, you intend to sell the house here in Canada, relocate to Ghana.
When you come to visit Canada, you will have to perch with your grandkids or friends as long as those relationships are solid.
Very honest person, thanks for sharing your experience ❤❤❤
I wish Mommy can be my density help 🎉❤
You mean destiny helper ? Chale she's so broad minded !
You built a house in Ghana and bought a house in Canada
But you said we stay in Gh
Buy me some of the house
Come the train stations are there.
Y'all dont pay attention when people talk! Did you listen to the entire conversation at all to be making this comment?🤔🤔🤔. There is something called "CONTEXT", and that's exactly what she did. She spoke in context, so get it right!!
@@samuelopoku-acheampong5601 Lol great response!
@@samuelopoku-acheampong5601 🤣
Madam life you never know what the outcome will be, you can buy a mansion in abrokyire and still die, the thing is the beginning is nothing but the end
Abrokyire people buy houses then divorce sets in and you will never forgive yourself, each one have his own story so all you can do is thank God for your stars but do not think what happened to you will be the same to the next person
Tru u never know what will happen
Sntb international
We will come and try
Like the typical Ghanaian, which part of her interview did she stop ✋️ you from traveling. Kotoka Airport is there, come particularly during the winter months, the train and bus terminals are waiting to accommodate you. It's only a Ghanaian that will travel abroad without a plan ( accommodation, living expenses etc) and expect any Ghanaian speaking person just on the streets to accommodate them into their spaces. ☻️☻️☻️. Don't show up to leave on people's benevolence, they are tired of your asses. 🙄🙄🙄
I agree with this virtuous woman! Before anyone builds a house in Ghana they must first buy a house overseas [e.g. USA or Canada] where they live...It doesn't have to be a single family house. You could start with a condo or a townhouse; build equity there and use that equity money to buy a single family house where you live but you must buy in a good neighborhood where houses appreciate. After you are very well established overseas, then you could consider building a house in Ghana.
Multibillionaires such as Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, and Warren Buffett, invest mostly in real estate [e.g. their private and secondary homes] worth millions of dollars. They also invest in equities, commercial properties and bonds. Most of them invest less in the stock market because of its high risk exposure but in the long run they could gain money handsomely! You are right most of them don't wear designer clothes [or ride expensive cars] as middle class people buy expensive designer clothes [and expensive cars] than the very rich which is very ironic!
❤🎉🎉
Can you please connect me to mad Sandra,
She provided her contact in the interview, so you might have to go back and listen to the interview again!
