I currently do the following: 2x - Slow long-distance runs (5km). 2x - Run at the required speed (13.1km/h). 1x - Upper body workout. I also do 45 press-ups and 60-80 sit-ups 4x a week. Essentially, focus on training in the areas where you are weak. And don't underestimate the importance of warming up, stretching and your diet. I'll be making a video on the PJFT test soon but I hope that helps, and I hope you the best of luck with your application too!

@@alfiew07 get strict with your diet, they want you to be lean and mean. no snacks, no alcohol, save all that stuff for once you've passed. if you want to build up your stamina but cant run every day, get a skipping rope or jog on the spot for 20mins every day. i was in the same position as you, it took maybe 3 months but you can do it. get rid of as much excess fat as you can.
