    Thank you very much Holly for all of your videos. They are beautifully made and very helpful for beginner soap makers. I have a question about your cocoa butter. Do you purchase it as those round discs or do you make them? I have been searching an can only find it as a block, which is very hard.

    Hi Holly, when you use the tea water, what oil did you adjust? I assume you had to take away from one of the oils? It's not in the calculation, but I'm thinking you said 8% tea water? Thank you! I'm sure this is a beautiful smelling soap, can't wait to try it.

    Mesmerized watching your videos 😍 Question please: did you prepare mint tea just to collect the leaves? I never saw you using the tea into the lye. Thank you ! 🌷

    • @hollysoapmaking
      @hollysoapmaking  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, just for the leaves. I mentioned in the video that you can use the leftover tea if you like, but I just chose to use coconut milk instead. You could also freeze the tea for use in another soap later. Thank you for watching!

    I wonder if it would work with fresh mint leaves? My garden is overflowing with it and this would be a fun way to use some of it.

    • @Medicgal
      @Medicgal ปีที่แล้ว

      You can use mint leaves from your garden, but they need to be dried prior to using. They will rot in soap if they are left fresh.
