Tento el mismo problema, me aparece en gris la opcion blue too, como le puedo hacer
If the Bluetooth settings are gray you'll need to engage the vehicle's Parking Brake in an ON-OFF-ON operation. This may also be known as the Hand Brake. If you engage the vehicle's Parking Brake and still can't access the Bluetooth Settings, your vehicle may have an incorrect connection to the in-dash receiver's Green Parking Brake Wire. mi radio tiene error-10 en funcion BT
I recommend to press the microprocessor reset button. On Pioneer AVH-290BT, you can find the microprocessor reset button on the hard key panel beside the eject button. You'll need a paperclip or some other small point to press the microprocessor reset button. If this does not correct the issue, please contact Pioneer Customer Service in the US here: www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Support or in the US call 1-800-421-1404. It's asking passcode on my mobile
What is the model number of your Pioneer in-dash receiver?
Please watch this video about pairing your iPhone to a Pioneer receiver: th-cam.com/video/-5i_K9pS_ko/w-d-xo.html and this video for Android phone pairing: th-cam.com/video/tXkccf7W5AI/w-d-xo.html If you have an old phone, you may need to enter a pass code.
On most modern Pioneer receivers, the default passcode is 0000. If this passcode has been changed, you'll need to make note of it in the in-dash receiver's Bluetooth Settings.

I still can't connect
What is the model number of your Pioneer in-dash receiver? Is there an error message when you attempt to pair your phone? Has this receiver had other phones connected to it through Bluetooth? If so the in-dash receiver's Bluetooth Memory may be full. You can delete a phone from the receivers as shown in this video: th-cam.com/video/CBe-d1E-CDk/w-d-xo.html
Please be sure you phone is not connected to another device like a head set or portable speaker. This can block the in-dash receiver from connecting.
When you attempt to pair your phone to the receiver, please be sure your phone has it's Bluetooth section turned on and the window is open. This makes the phone visible to other devices. Take a look at this How To video from Pioneer for phone pairing: th-cam.com/video/V_e_5GKE2xQ/w-d-xo.html
