Is the dump angle a limitation of your ram setup or the trailer setup itself? Would it be possible to place a different ram with longer run out differently to attain a higher angle?
The ram is the factor limiting the dump angle. Some people have put linear actuators in place of the hydraulic lift to raise the bed higher. Thank you for your input! Country Manufacturing, Inc.
CountryMFG So without the ram attached will the bed go completely verticle? or what is its max angle. With the ram not attached? I really like the look and price point I Just want to make sure before I order one that I can attain the dump angle I want with a longer linear actuator. If you know of any video or forums etc where someone has done that could you post the link I would love to see it.
redicety12 The highest angle you will be able to achieve is about 70 degrees. We have not seen any videos yet of one using a linear, but several people have called about doing this and were happy with it, but they are expensive for one with enough power to lift what this trailer is capable of hauling.
@Terratracks You are right which is why we are working on designing a new model with the walking beam design which will be affordable. Appreciate your comments
Thank you for your suggestion! I will have our design people look at this option.
Appreciate it!

the dump angle dosn't look high enough, but it looks like a great build.
cool trailer
@samlovesponies2807
the hydraulic pivots as the load os raised, so the stress on the unit is kept to a minimum.
Currently on sale $699 plus actual freight cost without the lift, Add $99 for the hydraulic lift.
is that as high as it goes?
40 degrees is the highest dump angle we can do with this design.
@josephnyce Great suggestion and we'll try to get freed up to shoot a video like that.
Air compressor running in the background. Sorry for the bad audio.
Currently the sale price is $759.00 + Shipping
40 degrees is the maximum angle
