    I'm starting over st 60 now. I now have a strenuous full time job. All my kids are in their 20s and 30s. I work 50 to 60 hours a week. I'm very fit. I eat pretty well. I hope to be doing my job til I'm at least 75.

    Plant based diet, intermittent fasting, positive stimulation, etc. gives you a heather longer life. Gary Null was the first to do studies on it almost 50 years ago in NYC applied biology.

    I don't want to live to be 100 or 90s. My goal is to simply be healthy and active (running, jumping, traveling, learning, exploring, etc.) for as long as I do live. Living until my 70s or at max age 80 is suitable for me. I am in my early 40s and have already lived a very full and active life. Although I am filled with vigor and plans for my future I am also simply enjoying the ride and not obsessed with youth or death, just my humble opinion. :)

      this is a healthy outlook. I also don't want to live to be in my 90s, or even my 70s at this point. It's been a tough life over the past 2 decades, and I don't really want any extra time.

    It's really not about living longer, it's the quality of your life not so much quantity. But you should strive to live as long as you can and be happy. I'm almost 80 and I'm not happy in the way things are moving so fast, it's in your face with everything you can't hide from it. It's stuff, stuff, stuff, new, new, new, objective to make money. When I was young things took time and it was so much more relaxed, fun and enjoyable, just loved the good old days. Today has become a rat race and the rats have won.

      I Totally agree! I say all new things are NOT necessary. The good ol days when kids would ride their bikes everywhere, and go to the local swimming hole, lake, or pond to fish. The Millennial Gen don't really know mother nature and what a good time it was instead of sitting in the basement playing video games. They want instant gratification and when they don't get it they get upset and depressed, mankinds supposed to get smarter as time goes on but I don't see that happening! Unfortunately we have way too many grossly OVERPAID Corupt Career politicians making foolish choices. Now both parents end up working with very little supervision at home. Every time I go into town to vote I come home with the Blues, the lesser of two evils is all we ever have to choose.✌🇺🇸

    YES there is a "Fountain of youth" as we Terrans understand, we perform a DAILY (Healing process) by holding a (CLEAR quartz crystal) in each hand (Yet put the quartz crystal in a sock for separation from the skin) Facing (WEST a positive charge) combined with the (Auras on each inside hand) the 1st square part of the fingers just above the palm, you begin attracting those (Surplus magnets from Sun-Sunlight that cause gravity) that are smaller than a ray of Sunlight you collect them inside your (CHI/LIFEFORCE)= the Green color of the Arora borialis (a positive charge). Helps STOP the aging process due to gravity caused by Sun-Sunlight Also curing ailments and disease over time. I am Joel Mosier/J.Terran the only Terran to be born on Eden/Earth 53, yet will never age past 50. This is how it is done.

    As an old guy, I wanted my doctor to prescribe me metformin. But she refused because I am not diabetic or pre-diabetic and any other reason isn't FDA approved. That's her ironclad guideline.
    But the health calculus is entirely different for me than it is for a younger person. I can't wait for a controlled trial; I have to weigh the evidence and the safety we have now.
    So I had to go rogue and get it prescribed from another (legitimate) source. I've been taking it for 6 weeks and so far, no side effects.

    Why would I would I even want to live longer with the rising cost of living? Are we even thinking about the social and economic impact of longevity but also the quality of life? Yeah, sure, you get a drug that now helps extend your life to 130 or 150? Do you think Social Security is gonna find it fun to pay to millions of individuals for 150 years each? Do you want to be working into your hundreds just to keep supporting yourself into your 120’s, 30’s and 40’s? Also, what if this becomes a way for only the rich to extend their lives only; how fair is that to the rest of society?

    • @RealMTBAddict
      @RealMTBAddict 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nope. I hope social security cuts people off when they hit 80. The system was never designed to pay people past 90 years old when it was implemented the life expectancy was only 65 years old.
      Edited to 80. It's unsustainable as it is. We can't pay people SS past 80. Nobody has a right to live to 100. Lol

    • @RealMTBAddict
      @RealMTBAddict 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, it always only benefits the rich. When I was a kid I thought the future would be like The Jetsons and everybody would have nice technology. But as I got older I realized that you need money to buy that nice technology, and the world will not provide you with technology just because the calendar hits a certain year.
      There will still be massive homelessness in 2056, and 2132. Unless society makes a drastic change that takes OUR money back from the billionaires.
      Nobody earns a billion dollars. It takes about a 5000 years to earn a billion dollars making a pretty good salary. And the fact that we can't tax the billionaires shows that this country is a true oligarchy at this point.

    • @vmobile890
      @vmobile890 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Guess the amount of money that’s goes in transfer a year from baby boomers ( like me ) deaths . Meaning after death taxes are paid money goes to beneficiaries and the list goes on . Many of billions and that does not include the amount of money in exchange from the other 3 million deaths a year deaths just in united states .
      Do want a Logan’s Run society .
      Logan's Run future society in which both population and the consumption of resources are maintained in equilibrium by requiring the death of everyone reaching the age of 21.
