DUMONT DUNES - Worth the trip?

We are finally checking out Dumont Dunes for the very first time, and we are so excited! Our friends Greg and Amber finally got us out to Dumont for Presidents Day weekend. You may recognize Greg, Amber, Alivia and Ava from a podcast we did with them last year, and now, Alivia officially has her own machine to rip! We get to Dumont and get set up and take a quick little evening rip to check out what it has to offer, and it is pretty rad!

Been going to dumont for years. But after the storm last started going to flames more recently. I miss dumont , I love the big bowls

Dumont is awesome it's been about 34 years for me. Water pumper days. We have a house at Silver lake with a hookup for your rv.

I went to Dumont for Presidents Day Weekend also. I love Dumont. A lot smaller than Glamis, but well worth the trip.
Oh, we hope you had fun! It is definitely smaller, but a really cool experience to ride something f other than our normal spots for sure!
@@offroaddiaries I always have a good time in Dumont. I was also out there for Christmas. My next trip out there is next weekend. And in April will be a trip to Pirates Cove in Needles, CA. First time there. Heard good things about and bad things.

You may have dodged a bullet. The BLM Police are tough on no helmets with side by sides.
I'm in a Pro R. They don't require helmets haha
I don’t understand why so many people don’t wear helmets when driving… not very smart
Personally, I feel far less safe wearing a helmet. I've come far too close to hitting someone or being hit in the dunes while wearing a helmet. Just personal choice.
