Holy Honk, that grinding spot is incredibly good! Valefor turned that side dungeon into a joke, and after leveling a cockatrice to a second Valefor it became an absolute slaughter house. I was wondering if I was ever going to level half the mirages I'd been catching, and now it's a 3 minute killing spree up to level 15 for anyone in the reserve slots. Super kudos for sharing with us!
If you don't want to wait to get Valefor, Moogle is also useful. It learns a wind spell that hits all enemies. And later it can transfigure into Kupirate, and gets 2 or more new AoE spells from that as well, along with other nice abilities. Very useful mirage throughout the game.
this game is amazing! I'm about 15 hours in at the 11th chapter. so far the hardest part for me was a certain secret boss on the dragon mountain or whatever it's called 😁
"Any spots before this?" - Bro, this is the first dungeon in the game. You only fight like 3 enemies before you get here... But thanks for the tip. I just started playing this game the other day and I am taken away by how fun it it. I really miss my old school turn based RPGs!
hey mr happy some random advice from some one that got lucky if u farm arena there is a random encounter with shiva and ifrit in witch u can capture them both with out needing to progress threw the story or capture the small forms its a lvl 40 battle but is rlly easy if u play to their weaknesses now im lvl 20 with 2/3 of the elemental espers hope this helps u can every one else ifrit u attack with fire and shiva with ice to capture them

One that I found is when you to the bridge. There is a mytril giant who will keep shooting monsters at you. I have a death machine and thunder behe, with a searcher. With ap recharge skill doing full output and thundaga killing them in one two turns. 19k exp everytime and it is unlimited aslong as you dont touch the actual golem sending them out
i have a question about the miragboard when i use vita/vitra/(the heal spell) or any other spell like fire/ice on let's say 2 free skill slots from the miraboard does it upgrade the spell like vita heals more or fire does more dmg ? Or does it do nothing and is just wasting a slot ?
for the love of god I can not catch a valefor... I've spent 2 hours now throwing earth attacks at it and still not even a CHANCE... looks like I'm going to have to level a cockatrice...
Ruben Fugate that chance should be automatic if you do the requirements, you also need the correct prism in your inventory too, I think it is a cockatrice prism you need.

Hearing that the 1/3 mirage we chose all spawning at low rate makes my first encounter dying hurt a little bit more lol

You used wind attacks to win? I made sure to beat Ramuh and got thunderbolt on zapt to destroy everything besides the three mini version mirages

note that there is a limit per sitting, but you just gotta leave and re enter the room.

yes, and you can also change them back and forth from their little forms and big forms...depending on the needs of your stacks...

Ruben Fugate you have to use stone throw, it's literally one of the only earth moves in this game that will hit him.
I was running around nether nebula for 30 minutes, never found a floating eye.
