It feels unreal how big this community is now. Haven’t been active in a few years but there are so many new people. I remember in 2017 when people were debating who would be the first real cubing channel to hit 1m but it finally happened.
This made me cry, remembering the times I was SO obsessed with cubes. Because of him, I got a sub-30 solve. I'd really want to thank @J Perm. Congrats for 1m!

I learned to solve the rubik's cube in 2020, after this I watched all the JPERM videos and I learned so much with He. Thank you JPERM, you is the best cubing channel in the world, congrats! Now my PB is 11,16 seconds , I owe all of this to you, thanks!!!
he certainly impacted my cubing life 100% I mean I learned first how to solve a cube with his beginner tutorial, then used his videos for my F2L, 2 look OLL and PLL. Then I used his videos for finger tricks and even the advanced method. And I started off solving around 4 to 6 minutes in June of 2021, and now I solve around 20 seconds. I would never have advanced so quickly without him. I haven't even cubed a year and have multiple solves under 20 seconds. JPERM is definitely the best cuber ever in my books. I am so happy for his one million subscribers, I subscribed to him when he had 300k. It was so fun to see him get large so fast. Thank you and congrats #JPERMILLION

I remember it was like last week, I saw how much views his "How to solve a Rubik's cube" video had, I was a little bit blown away that he surpassed the Wired version. I always thought that would never happen because the production value that Wired one had, it shows how welcoming and helpful Jperm's videos are. I really like how when Jperm was getting tons of subscribers he started making tutorials for the people who just started. He personally taught me PLL, OLL, 4x4, advanced PLL and OLL. He was a big catalyst for me and many other when we started cubing and he will still remain my one of my favorite youtubers cubing or no cubing. Thank you Jperm. #Jpermillion

I just recently got into cubing. I've always been interested, even growing up, but I could never solve them. Couple weeks ago I randomly bought a speed cube just to fiddle with, ended up deciding I wanted to try and solve it. First tutorial I found (and the one that eventually led me to solving it for the first time) was JPerm's 10min beginner tutorial. That now has a permanent place in my YT likes/favorites. And seeing that SpeedCubeShop had a special JPerMillion cube, I ordered one and can't wait for it to show up. And now I watch a good handful of cubing channels, yours included!

Jperm is the one that taught me how to do 3 and 4 BLD, two of my favorite events, as well as some of the more advanced techniques for FMC and big cubes.

I really respect this video and how you show appreciation towards Jperm rather than trying to compete against him and put him down. like you, he also helped me learn how to solve most cubes and show me tips and tricks when trying to be more efficient, however the only cube I couldn't find a tutorial for by Jperm was the square one and that's when I found yours and your channel. you both do amazing work and I thoroughly enjoy watching both your videos. both of you deserve the respect for your hard work. keep it up
I got a cube when i was a kid an the only time i saw it solved was when i unpacked it :) Now 25 years later my 7 year old son wanted a cube and i got into it again He made a scramble and i thought, that's it .. We are never seeing the sides together again, ever ! Until i found J Perm his channel and his tutorial on how to solve the cube, i watched it step by step, failed sometimes by making a wrong turn but i'll never forget my first solve Now i just pick up the cube once my son is done with it and solve it for him Seeing his face light up and i know one day he will have that feeling too once he does his first solve So thank you J Perm for all the smiles the cube has given us
