Keep going strong. When it gets difficult, you can decide to not give into the craving for this day, or this hour, or even this next minute to let the craving pass. All the best to you.

I can see clearly now. Detachment, submission and not being afraid allow me to enjoy myself in spirit and in truth. THANK YOU FOR EDUCATING US.

I KNOW that's right and it is the truth. They truly hate you when you value yourself and see and call out their BS and separate yourself from their manipulations and abuses. Run free from them, only God is stable.

In a society that highly values external achievements, the vital lesson of self-love is seldom given the importance it truly deserves. Every child should grow-up learning to love themselves, not in an egotistical way, but in an unconditional way -- the way parents should love their children. This doesn't mean spoiling the child, it simply means never giving-up on the child, and never allowing the child to give-up on himself, to give himself a sense of pride in who he is, and not just in what he achieves. Setting firm boundaries and strict discipline will keep his ego, his recklessness, and his hormones in check. But a child needs more than discipline, he needs encouragement from his parents -- who will see the good in him when he cannot see it for himself, and will help him to see it as well.

Thank you for this good video, I'm just over halfway through but paused to say just before I heard your words "let go" I thought "I've got to let fully go" another statement I hear a lot "let go and let God" came to mind as well.🕊

This actually made me feel tearful. I believe it is true, I wish these words came my way earlier in my life. I am old now and have lost so much because I have always disliked myself.

Always being used throughout my life I've turned into the person I promised myself I'd never be. It's sad. I really thought being a decent human being mattered. It never really did.
