I always enjoy your lessons on how to make the ourselves better and in turn the world. I can't change the world but I can change where it comes out from me.

Excellent teaching. Lots of practice for these social skills and most of the time not learned at home or school. people skills are learned and constantly reviewing this material and remembering to apply them in the situation needed. Self restraint and self control is alot of practice especially in the world of offenses or difficult people. Many years ago I was counseled to understand assertiveness instead of aggressiveness and that was enlightening because I had no training and never realized that I was indeed aggressive in my opinions and attitudes.. Expressing oneself and attempting to have other people listen to your opinion is learned. verbiage and tone of voice has alot to do with this too. Body language too. Learning from those who have the skills highly developed is important. successful role models and mentors is very helpful.

I've enjoyed a few of these videos, from front to back.
They enrich my turbulent thoughts with a kind of attenuation that I've not experienced in other videos.

Reflecting scorn from others only serves to exacerbate pain and suffering in ourselves and them.
I make no room for unwarranted degradation of my mind and my faculties.
We all know when we're not on board with our core goodness and it's going to happen, especially when we're just chillin' and being human.
It's very challenging to keep your cool when you've been slighted but practice certainly makes perfect.

I was in a relationship. She was calling me husband and telling me how much she loved me. At the same time she was cheating on me... I'm so devastated, I feel so heavily betrayed, I'm in so much pain. I'm trying to better myself, but everyday everything I do feels more and more useless. I don't know what to do anymore.

In moments of betrayal, remember the words of Stoic philosophy: adversity is the forge of character. Just as the phoenix rises from its ashes, you too will emerge stronger from this trial. Use this experience to fuel your resilience and determination to overcome any challenge that comes your way. Stay steadfast, for your strength lies in your ability to rise above adversity.

@@kasimuijelu1818 going to the gym really works. You start to feel better and really improves self esteem. Try to realise she wasn't who you thought she was.

It 's so devastating when that happens. It happened to me at age 28 after being with him 9 years. I changed my lunch hour at work (when he would call me), went to the travel agent and cancelled our world trip. The travel agent said you will lose your deposit, why? I said just do it. He rang and I said it's over. He said I never thought you had the strength to do that. He was a mongrel. I never had a relationship for 10 years as I didn't trust anyone. I also never had children. Please don't be like me, move on find someone and don't waste your life. I met the love of my life at 40. That cheating partner moved to the US and now is critically ill at 60. He affected my life for years. Please don't let her do that to you. Wishing you a happy future. The love of your life is waiting for you down the road of life.
