I'msue I must've commented already when this 1st came out, but awesome job. I'd love to see a video like this on the Ferigno Hulk, Reb Brown Cap, TV Movie Dr. Strange and well, honestly, all of the Bixby-verse heroes.
I remember watching some of these with my grandma on TH-cam. I liked the Hulk show better as I never liked the eyes of the costume along with the clunky belt and web shooter. I think if they had the enforcers then that familiarity from the comics would have garnered some more of the comics fans. That Spider-Man looks amazing and that paint job is great for a beginner in painting. And that mini tutorial is always appreciated. Great job all around!

I don’t think the company behind had much thought and just pulled from what they thought was popular at the time. Fingers crossed that they have him appear in the new spider-verse film!

I actually ordered the 3 inch figure last year but cancelled the order because I had second thoughts. 1- I wasn't sure if the site was legit because I had never ordered from Etsy before. 2- the price was really high for me. I'm a budget collector and because of my nervousness I didn't want to lose the $$$. 3- I am NOT a painter. I can't paint anything to save my life. The walls in my home will attest to that statement. I have been wanting a Nicholas Hammond Spidey figure forever. I watched the shows first run in CBS as a 7 year old & still watch them on DVDs I burned from cable reshowings over the years. I am desperate for one. I just may see if the 6 inch is still available and take the plunge. Maybe I'll just hire someone to paint the figure for me. I'm still amazed/annoyed they never gave us a Bixby-Ferrigno-Hulk/HammondSpidey crossover. Even if just Jack McGee as a fellow reporter running into Peter. They still have a chance to make amends; they just need to have Hammond show up as Peter and reference the Hulk. Or be the Dad to Mayday Parker/Spider-Girl and have Rex/Murdoch/Daredevil cameo. But not seeing him even cameo in No Way Home makes me doubt my generation will ever get another trip back to their universe. Maybe the way Adam West did with animation based on his Batman?

i know a lot of people didn't like the show i know how stan lee hated it i know how they did a few things wrong with peter/spiderman, i can see what they did wrong, but i really love this show

That was another of the changes I made from the first (try out) figure to the final finished ones - that particular color of blue was just perfect!

It looks like the 90's Spiderman cartoon modeled that Peter Parker after Nicholas Hammond. His chin and hair looked just like Hammond

Get a ultra thin paint marker in black to color the webbing
I tried that as well as a wash to get in the nooks and crannies - for me, it muted the colors and took away more than it added at this scale
