Hey everyone! I want to start sharing some tools and ideas with you as i find them and put them to the test in my shop and on my projects. Let me know if there is something that you have seen in my videos that you want to know or learn more about.
Todays tool is the SurfPrep ray 3x4 Electric sander. I cover the sander and how I like to use it in my shop as well as some cool features and add-ons that take the sander to the next level.

I liked the tip of putting the pad an inch out front for inside radious. That will help with my wood bowls. I use Rubio monocoat also and I will be buying those pads.

Check out my latest video. They just released their own but I can be adapted to any vac system. They offer adapters for their hoses.

why can't these foam sandpapers be used with your regular palm sanders.

Technically you can the they just don’t fit the same footprint. They make round foam pads for ROSs!

I just can't justify the price when orbital sanders are under $100

I get it. I was there once as well. I had 4 different battery sanders but why weren’t repairable. Through two way and sold the rest. These higher quality sanders have parts available for them as they are meant to last and they aren’t as heavy as a traditional box store sander.
