By the way, there's a way to cheese the broodmother alpha fight, all you need is shadowmanes and a rex or yuty you ride on, shadowmanes health and damage doesn't really matter because the broodmother will get stuck in all the shadowmanes and keep trying to run towards your rex/yuty and won't do any damage at all except the occasional spitballs and araneo summons
@@kondzio855probably not. Bosses target the largest Tames first, and Rexes and Yutys are considered the same size, so it'd just shred your Rexes instead. Shadowmanes are medium sized, and so BM would get stuck on them trying to target your Yuty
tbh you probably just get killed by the green stuff it shoots you are in god mode so it looks easy but that green spit does like 2k+ damage per green ball

The fact he doesnt say his shotgun is like 2000% dmg or how he doesnt do this outside godmode says it all. If you want to be an actual reliable content creator, dont do this crap because its not doable in a normal setting.
Somewhere i heard cap is 755% on all weapons but i cant confirm that. Anyway he does way more dmg than im ever gonna be able to do on normal settings. Also creative mode helps a lot.
Agreed, really enjoy his channel and most of his videos but for this video all of this is irrelevant given his damage and whatever his settings are. I would love to see more videos recorded on official settings with reasonably obtainable gear. There's no point to this using god mod etc I just hope people realize before going in on official and failing miserably. Little disclaimer about settings and your gear at the very least for the uninitiated I believe would be well warranted especially because your such an otherwise awesome and informative content creator

The 700+ dmg per shotty is just on your vid btw. Normally shots deal around 35 per pellet on a 300% shotty. Some unofficial servers have a weapon dmg cap around that number so its not gonna be that easy to kill her solo with just the shotty. With imprinted rexes above 40 melee and 15~20k HP you will be able to kill her solo. Just tame some tek rexes to achieve that melee stat.
Ya it's like that on alot of his vids. More of a strat for unofficial and such. He has one soloing alpha rockwell on abb. With max damage shotty on offical you still need 2 to 3 ppl min

I am playing on an unofficial server right now where our max ascended shotguns have a damage at 750-755% as max. So It Will Be This Easy to Solo Broodmother, if you just allow yourself to play on the best Unofficial Server Clusters available right now.

I got tired of ark because the servers I used to play wipe every month which is annoying to spend 1 week every month just to farm a base so then you go out raiding ppl, usually the same ppl over and over again. So on unnoficial servers, there's no need to go crazy farming shotgun bps since dinos are easy to tame and breed, just bring some rhynos or some max lvl rexes and bosses will melt quickly.
This is literally the 3rd different boss video I've watched on this channel and none of them work. He sits up there in God mode and says everything should be fine it will only hit you a couple times and then you go, follow everything he says to a t and still get skull fucked
You should really show what could happen when not on godmode cause we clearly see you getting hit by the green spit and I know this spit on alpha is doing alot of damage
@@thelethalpredator672 I've farmed for a few days and I have gotten 5 or 6 ascendant shotguns. None of them were pump action though. I was beginning to question if they had drops for those on Fjordur until this video.

Yeah this doesn't work. I'm on a boosted server, 600% shotty does 129 per hit. Plus, she can climb the rocks and melee you. I had a lv 550 frog with 250 saddle and got wrecked. Even the spiders can climb and get to you.
Try walking blood stalkers onto ceiling walls, and let me know if it works. Because of patches and server settings by admin, its impossible to know which dinos you can bring in anymore. Its an annoying waste of tribute and time. Procoptodon/shadowmane can't jump to mushroom anymore. Grapples don't work anywhere that I could find.
Hmm i did exactly as you did in the movie, firstly the spider can get in there secondly small spiders flashing to get in there thirdly the spider damages your person. In your video, you don't take any damage.
Hey on X box my ark worlds keep getting wiped ever time I log out. I've lost over 70 hours of progress and I had to spawn everything back in only to have it wiped again

@@Leolejon21 lies, the only boss that takes extra would be the dragon on valg and ragnarok arenas, out of that only in singleplayer iti is easier to kill the bosses, even then that shotgun is around 734%, not that it matters for that purpose of course, the arena doesn't seem to have a timer, oh and btw im talking out of my knowledge from other maps, never did the broodmother on fjordur. The other exception would be the center alpha, that brood has the HP of a gamma one, and gives the gamma trophy, but alpha engrams

Shadowmanes might do better than megatherium I've heard, haven't tried it yet. EDIT: OMG!!! I just tried Shadowmanes, 20kh and 800m and its like she didnt even hit them, didn't even need the daedon I brought!!! Do it now before they patch it!!!

This definitely does not work lmao. The frog didn’t live 2 mins. Plus I have a 300 damage shotgun and it only does 106 dmg when his is doing over 700. This is a joke. Thanks for the wasted hours farming this fight.
Patched along time ago. You're better off now on a server where the admin allows "disallowed dinos" in arenas as even on alpha with higher wild dino settings, its impossible without special bred dinos. I had rock drakes with 4k melee disallowed. Went in defenseless not knowing that. Makes no sense as the drag weight is lower than a rex. Might have to waste artifacts and tribute to test on gamma before going alpha.
-Creative mode -A pump-shotgun that deals 739 per pellet I don't think armor and med brews can save you. Med brews doesn't heal you instantly and if the broodmother hits you with any of it's attack, it'll definitely gonna bring you to at least half hp and no med brews can heal that fast.

They fixed that. she took me down from exact that spot with 2 hits. 1st shot killed the frog, 2nd killed me.

this location no longer works... killed me and a friend there easily, also I died last & lost fjord hawk and entire inventory...
does not work ,that you dont worry about hits will hit you for 300-400 dmg, and she just walks up the ledge

This will work but you need a few OP carbos or stegos on neutral to take agro so you can just chill shooting.
