hey man i got those pads on with the circle things what are those for? i just ordered new rotors and pads but those pads doesnt have those circles. it is for an SS 2015
You might have got the wrong pads I think. I’ve replaced my pads a few times and they always had those round metal things. I’m not sure what they’re for but for me, they helped me grip and wiggle the pads in or out of the calliper.
Good video , what part # did you use ? Wanted to make sure it came with the weights on pads
Thanks for the comment and question
Power Stop Z26-1474A Z26 Extreme Performance Carbon-Ceramic Front Brake Pad Set.
I got them on the rear too
what are those weights for?
i have them stock on my 2015 SS but i ordered new pads without those weights.
How could someone not like this video. It's awesome. That person must has a miserable life!
Thanks for sharing! I needed this and it helped a lot!
Can you do both sides at the same time or one side replace then pump the brakes.then do the next side install, pump brakes
So you didn’t have to resurface the rotors ? No wiggle on the steering when braking ? That happens when u need a resurface . ?????
No wiggle. The rotors are good. However, i plan on getting cross-drilled eventually

@@thebossnocompetition8757 oh cool, thanks for sharing 🙏🏼
Next time, use a c-clamp to push the brake pistons back…. A lot less banging 😂… Great job for your first time! 👍🏾
Will do. Thanks for the tip and comment 🙏🏼
