I have successfully merged various mods along with scaar but could you pls tell me how to alter geralts standing jump?? It has reverted back to the vanilla jump where he lurches a little forward and lands a bit ahead from the spot he was standingm whereas when I installed scaar as standalone geralt jumped on the spot and lands one the same spot where he stood. It just looks so much cooler. How to get that one specific jump out of so much code??
Hi, just so you know, I am not the original creator of this mod and what you are asking about is a specific matter of animation. I don't know how to help you but there is hope. The original author has said he plans to update it in the future, we're all waiting for that!
@@nikolabankov8187 😅well actually I managed to manually edit the scripts with kdiff yesterday and got multiple jump animations to work for different scenarios. Even the ones that were till now considered as incompatible. But thx anyways. 🇮🇳🙏
Hi, SCAAR doesn't allow other camera views to work as far as I know... even the next-gen close cam won't work. I am sure discussions about it have been had on the SCAAR mod page and it's worth reading through them. A quicker way to find solutions is to use the Ctrl+F find function when in 'Posts' and use the key word 'camera' to see who else has touched on the subject. There might be a fix waiting for you there, give it a try.)
@@zdendalebduska3628 But the patch is just to make the mod work on Next Gen (as shown in my video as well). The camera seems to be blocked by SCAAR's files. I actually don't use SCAAR myself because it also locks walking/running to determined animations, which I hate. And because I don't use it, I don't have a clue as to how to solve the camera issue. The creator of the mod is silent and unresponsive, so we're on our own for the time being.
1. Enable turns the dodge animations ON. 2. Turning off 'enable' disables the dodge animations but it does not disable the walk/run animations. 3. What does not work? The whole mod doesn't work for you?

Hm, I don't use any grapics mods and this video was recorded on: PC (as seen throughout the video) GOG Launcher (as seen in the video 8:19) dx12 (as seen in the video 8:30) Version 4.04 a.k.a. Next-Gen (as seen in the video 17:54) ← Mostly what makes it look this good. Graphics: Ultra+ (Max) ← Mostly what makes it look this good. Gamma: Where the Wolf medallion is barely visible. RTX: OFF (I repeat, OFF) HUD: OFF (it was off during the recording of this video, which tends to enhance the whole looks, let's be honest). As long as your iron (PC) is of decent spec, you should be getting the same colours on Next-Gen with High-Ultra-Ultra+ graphics.
