Hi Carl, after watching your videos, I started my carp fishing with method feeder, been out on a bank 5 times, and every time catching carp, thanks for teaching someone new like me 👍
If I could give you a million subs by myself I would do it! You honestly deserve it, I wish every English-speaking fisherman saw your videos and gave you a support
I love your no nonsense approach to your videos. You give great advice and never overcomplicate things or go off topic like some other fishing instruction channels. If any big fishing supply companies see this they would do well to either sponsor or employ you as you hold the interest of the viewer for the whole video.
One of the two best fishermen's I've ever watched I would never give these two a negative review let alone even giving them a thumbs down my two very best fishermen love watching you guys
Lots of helpful tips for fishing the method. My favourite method of feeder fishing by far! You cannot beat the excitement of your rod being pulled round!
Sorry to be offtopic but does someone know a way to get back into an Instagram account..? I was stupid forgot my account password. I love any help you can give me.
@Rowan Elliott Thanks for your reply. I got to the site through google and Im in the hacking process now. Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.

Nice video. It makes a nice change to see an angler mixing his grounbate with their hands instead of using a drill which a lot of TH-cam anglers seem to be using. Softy's.
I often asked myself what would happen if I catch a big carp while using the clip. To keep the rod high while casting is a nice tip to get a small buffer of line 👌🏻 Thanks! Greetings from Germany ☺️
Found the best fishing video right here, I've watched load's of video's on how to set up the method feeder and this young man makes it look so easy with step by step instructions and now i know what to ask for at the tackle shop, thx mate you are my go to now when i want to learn different types of fishing
Before I watched this I thought the clip on the reel was just for keeping the line tidy while off the rod. Now all has become clear ! Thanks very much for the excellent tutorial.
I know most of the method feeder tips but I've always struggled with clipping up but my mistake was no lifting the rod when the line hit the clip going to try this on Saturday thanks very much
I just stumbled upon this video. I was so behind with how to tie everything for the feeder line. You make it so simple and easy to understand. Thank you very much for this!! Really !
I'm out fishing now until the morning. Your videos have helped inspire me to get out there again. Very weedy lake. Lots of tench and carp in here apparently but I've caught bugger all! I tried method feeder earlier and lost it in the weed lol. Blanking so far. Now freelining a hair rigged prawn and spam cocktail in clear spot in margins. Hoping for some night-time margin action. Will watch your video tomorrow when I get back.
Don't worry.... I've used the method feeder countless times and caught bugger all as well.... I'll give them this season then they will be in the bin 😒
Excellent guys! Thanks for starting your new Fishing Tutorial TH-cam channel. Especially, for us beginners trying to learn the carpin fishing techniques! We gotta give more respect to this fish in America.
Fantastic videos which for me taking up coarse fishing after 50 years are invaluable especially as carp were only found in ornamental ponds in great houses, plus all the new equipment available. Thanks guys.
I never ever thought to use the clip for that purpose.. I’ve been fishing my entire life and thought it was only a place to store the line end.... amazing
Brilliant video, very educational and your passion and love for the sport is contagious. I’ve been fishing for almost 10 years now and you’ve made me feel like the small kid again who’s stepdad took him fishing for the first time!
I found this very useful , especially the part about casting and holding the rod higher so you have the movment to place it in the rest afterwards , great video .
@@fishingtutorials i absolutely love fishing now and even tho i don’t catch massive carp i still catch between 3-10lbs hoping to go on a bigger lake catch bigger fish
Love it guys. These videos inspired me to get out on the bank after years. I had a week off work this week and did a campaign on a local lake. Got loads of lovely carp using this method. Great, fun way to fish.
Fishing Tutorials :- One silly question maybe but what (‘method’😆) do you use to get the line clipped up at the same distance every time? Thank you 👍🏻👌🏼
Hi there, we leave the clip in for the whole session, only unclipping if a fish pulls super hard and then I lean forward to get a bit of slack and then unclip. After that I then make a few casts to get it back to the same place and clip up again. If it’s a match or very competitive then I’ll use distance sticks to wrap around and remember the exact distance so I can get back to it again after clipping up! :)
Fishing Tutorials - Thanks for the detailed reply it’s very much appreciated! Yes of course, I think what confused me was the ‘Running Rig’ scenario but for ‘method that’s irrelevant because you hit it the bit so quickly, right? Thanks again!
@@geoffcrabtree657 Basically if you are fishing with two rods, or not watching the tip, then a bolt rig is best because the fish hooks itself against the weight of the feeder. However, when watching the rod tip, a running rig is better because you see every tap or pull from fish taking your hookbait, converting more bites into hookups and giving you a better idea of what is in your swim. :) Running rig method feeder should be made with a Speed Bead, bolt rig can use the swivel provided in the feeder. Hope that helps!
I watched your video time after time after time, and with methodical baiting and feeder tutorials from you guys, I favoured the running rig, I went from small silver fish to a beautiful 5½lb common. Credit was given to you guys on my Instagram. Love your vids look forward to more
Thanks for the tips man! 👍🏻 I live in holland and where i am based in overijsel there are so many places fishing for carp and big bream and tench! The last few years i've been into method feeder. Using double corn, or 12mm tiger boilies, worm, pop ups! I have never used the clip in line 🙈🙈 ha ha! I always new it was there but never used it to get to the same spot! Ha ha i feel like a complete amature now! Ha ha. Here in holland inbetween the end of march and end of may not allowed to fish for pike and zander fish. That is my passion the zander fish is such a strong fish! Also like carp very strong and love the slip when get a big beauty on. Difficult fish to catch usually 1 or 2 in a half a day session. Pike are lot easier to catch and easier to real in. Although the meter plus pikes give a good struggle! Since last year been going to these adventure ponds, where in you can catch all sorts of species! Carp, sturgeons, catfish, striped perch, blue perch, also in some ponds are the sander fish aswell. Only seem to catch sturgeons the most though. If you ever come to the netherlands u need to check out a place called Toms Creek in lelystad! Its a must fish while on holiday. U can't rent everything from them so all u need to take with u is a boilie pricker blocks of cheese 1cm by 1cm and a pot of zuur haring u can buy it in the supermarkets here. And a pair of scissors or sharp knife to cut the haring in square pieces. With the haring choice of straight on the hook or under. Under is better with a boilie pricker stopper behind and cast in. Always with the float. The rods u can rent are set up for u just need to change the depth. Sturgeons are so strong my record is 165cm but i know theres bigger 1's swimming there. Anyway thanks for the tips for the line clip 🤣 greets Lee
