Argh, cleric is such a frustrating class to learn. Wish there was tutorials. Every pvp/pve engagement I dont really know what spells to use or when to go melee, and the spells are so hard to land on your teammates with wonky hitboxes. Very very frustrating when I see other people succeeding with it.
YES! For the most part, knowledge still works the same, and buying cheap armor from merchants that give knowledge in the lower level is still worth! Holy strike however does have a delay that was added, similar to wizard's spell Lightning strike, im not sure if the damage has gotten changed though. Holy purification is still a great skill for Ruins/Crypts/Inferno! Smite is best for Goblin caves, i haven't played cleric on the new Ice map yet so im unsure there. Judgement is still great for PvP. The perks are the same, however if you are solo changing Kindness for something else is recommended. The more you play a class, the more you learn to master and get better at it, so have at it with your own play style and see what works best for you and your team.
At the beginning, we ( at least I ) don't have access to the 2 articles of armor that you say we can get. Do you need to have a certain level of favor or reputation with those merchants?
YES! If you do quests for the merchants: Armorer for plate/metal armor, Leathersmith for Leather armor, and Tailor for Cloth armor. You need to get a certain affinity for those 3 merchant for their respective armor to appear in the squire.
Waaaaaay underrated video keep it up brotha.
Increase knowledge
items you can purchase to do so:
- Oracle Robes (Tailor)
- Rawhide Gloves (Leathersmith)
