I used this video and was able to successfully apply two DomeGlasses to my wifes and my Samsung Note 20 Ultras. There has so much improvement between this version and the previous DomeGlasses I applied on our Note 10's. Whitestone has really re-engineered the ease at which the glass is applied. You simply CAN'T muck this up, if you follow the video. Being paranoid from my last DomeGlass experience, I made a "dry run" first, before pulling off any films or opening the fluid vial. Once I had the operation understood completely, I did it for real. No problems at all. Then, repeated on my wife's phone. The glass is amazingly clear, and our fingerprint sensors work just fine. Just re-teach, as the instructions say to do.
Perfect instructions! I bought the 2 pack and got the first one right first try.. These are the best screen protectors for the Note phones, they are definitely worth the price. Fits perfectly on my Note 20 ultra..
Finally replaced my first one with the backup that came with it, seriously great product. I was really hesitant to use what seems like a really unfriendly design, and the first time I used it i remember freaking out about the liquid glue. It worked alright, but the glue ran out juuuuust barely at the bottom left and left the corner unglued. This time I had the same issue pop up, but I just pressed it down while activating the UV light and it worked perfect. Despite how awkward and inconvenient the application is, I will never use another type of screen protector. The fit and screen quality is simply unmatched, hell I'd even allow the process to be **significantly clunkier** and I would still use this product it's that good.
@abuhurairah amjad the plastic one is trash that sticks out from the bottom and top and peels off within a couple days. Also has a hole very clearly visible where finger print censor is
don't see the point on putting a screen protector on the note 20 ultra, I have had no issues so far (this is my 4th note and never had issues with a scratched screen) with the screen, and i want the best experience with the pen, so I pass....
Typically I would agree but my Note 20 Ultra fell one foot to the ground and the screen chipped. It’s being replaced and will now have a screen protector lol. I did have a UAG case on it when it fell.
The Dome Glass is very nice, feels just like the actual screen, if you didn't look too close, you would never know that it was on there. My only complaint is that it renders the fingerprint scanner basically useless. It works about 20% of the time, I have re registered it several times, but it just doesn't work, and yes, I've turned on the increased sensitivity feature. So, I now just use the pattern method, which is kind of a hassle, but oh well. Other than that, I love it!
i have the same, interesting but my fingerprintsensor does not work anymore after installing the whitestone protector. how can this be possible? I have put the screensensitivity on high and I tried to reinstall my fingerprints, but ist does not work. Any suggestions?
I've got 13 cracks in my dome glass, it's still saving my phone. I've got a brand new 2 pack under my TV but too lazy to change it lol. By far the best screen protector you can buy!
Yeah its abit pricey compared to others but we pay for the QUALITY. I work shift work and basically i need rugged and strong protector to protect my phone in case emergency
Simply search on ebay for tempered glass note 20 ultra glue. You will find equal performing alternatives for 6 or 7 usd. I just installed mine and love it.

You must be a Whitestone employee or a blind apologist. I simply said search on eBay and you would see alternatives. The screen protector first of all is not a film. It's the same hard glass as Whitestone so there is zero "peeling" according to you. Its the same tempered hard glass. The same glue that is applied under the glass protector. Only difference, is the cheaper version on ebay doesn't have the frame where the phone sits in when being applied. Nor is the uv light as fancy as the Whitestone. But putting the phone on a flat surface. And having some form of motor skills to hold the light over the phone while the glue dries you would have the exact same performance. So yes I bought this phone outright unlocked 512 gb. And I have been buying my Samsung phones unlocked full price for every year. Also yes I have been buying Whitestone dome products since the Note 8. But knowing that the screen protector may get micro scratches on it, or ruined on installation or damaged to spend another 50-60. It's stupid to spend the same amount of money when you have the literally quality glass and glue for a fraction of the price. Either way, my honest review is a non biased fanboy opinion. Nor is it me looking for a pat on my head from any company. It's a simple heads up to those who are smart enough to try an alternative. If I had a biscuit I'd give you. Attaboy @Dirt Naasty, good boy. Everyone else with common sense , only for 10 dollars try it. Get the tempered glass one with glue on ebay/aliexpress. Oh @dirt Naasty I'll do this review on amazon. Out of all the Whitestones I've used over the years, this one has massively failed me. The whole kit couldn't get the installation done properly. Customer service is also unresponsive. Stay away
Ya mine came out bad too. Have some small bubbles. The fluid didn't reach one of my corners. Seems like the tube didn't have enough in it to get the job done. Poor quality control on this item.

Don't buy this. The instructions are poorly written, watching a TH-cam video of someone else applying it is significantly more helpful. This model has really thin glass to allow for the fingerprint touch, but if the application of the glue doesn't go smoothly both times like mine, you will get heaps of air bubbles and the edges will be prone to chipping. Mine chipped day one and the phone has never been dropped. To also add, the screen is NOT full coverage as advertised. If you think I'm just a disgruntled custom, do a quick TH-cam search of the bad reviews on TH-cam. Most people that liked their models about 2 gen back do not think the new stuff meets expectations
Installation for this screen protector is so hit or miss. I followed the instructions EXACTLY as printed and watched three different videos and there wasn't enough adhesive that came out of the black tube to reach one of my phones corners (waited the full 80 seconds). This was on a totally flat surface and the adhesive bubble was perfectly centered under the guide when I removed the tab. So I tried to press down to get the adhesive to that corner and it created micro bubbles that are impossible to remove. And I also notice the screen protector moves a lot vertically when on the phone when the adhesive isn't cured. The clear plastic guide has TERRIBLE tolerances and the two triangle guide protrusions to center the screen protector vertically located on the top and bottom of the top guide when the top guide is securely fitted to the bottom guide. These poor tolerances allow the screen protector to go under the triangle tabs and move vertically. I also noticed that the screen protector edges aren't curved enough to properly fit my Note 20 Ultra and are slightly "lifted" from the edges of the phone. Overall I cannot believe I spent $65 on something that his this shoddy of an installation procedure. Almost want to rip it off and throw it away. You always learn that more expensive doesn't always equal better.

Holy hell. First, thank you for this video. I couldn't have installed the protector without it. Second, I'm so glad it came with two of everything. I royally screwed up the first one with just the written instructions (I let the adhesive run all the way to the bottom - I thought that's what the instructions meant). Third, please pass along my appreciation to the engineers who developed this installation system - they are incredible.
Couldn't agree more. My original experience with applying DomeGlass to our old Note 10's left me shaking in my boots a little. I bought a 2-pack for our new Note 20's and found the video before even attempting and install. I did a dry-run first, just to understand the flow. They really up'ed their game when it came to re-engineering the components to apply these things. Then it was "GO" time, and both went on to our phones without a hitch.
One very important bit of information that I did not see in the video. Before dumping your resin on the screen make sure your phone is on a level surface. My resin rolled off and went past the foam dam on the side and underneath the phone so my screen protector did not get installed properly.
So glad Whitestone decided to add an additional set of absorption pads and masking tape to their 2 pack kits. And redesigned their UV light with 2 timer settings. Really helps the guess work.
@@WhitestoneDome I am, just now, taking out the 2 pack kit i bought maybe 2 years ago, as it's time to replace the screen protector, and I am finding that although I saved the absorption pads from the first installation, I have no tape to do the replacement. Would a regular painter's masking tape work?
Yes, the only issue I've had with it was on the note 10+ and the in screen fingerprint reader. I have really faded fingerprints so I had an issue with it. Gonna try it again on my Note 20 ultra as I hear they made the scanner better. Used this one my Note 9 too, which of course had scanner in the back which I greatly preferred. But the protector feels great, makes it feel like the actual glass on the phone, so it doesn't seem like you have a protector on at all

I put two whitstones domes on my note 20 ultra both started to flake and fall apart from the edges. Clearly they are using cheaper materials then the past. I wouldn't recommend it, I had to end up removing both.

I've used you guys since my Note 8, hands down best glass screen protectors for Samsung's curved edges. But on the Note 10+ the installation tray made the glass rest too low on the screen and the screen cracked for no reason. I hope you guys were able to fix those issues.

Why four sides? There is no button or port on the left side, I didn't put the black tape on the left side of the phone and I somehow didn't screw up and the result is great . Though I wish there is a bubble leveler in the package for the price.

This company is a rip-off! They sell a good product but customer support is non existent! I bought a protector and they arrived broken straight out of the box. Emails have not been returned and when I logged onto my Whitestone account I found it to be deleted. Seen other replies that state the same issue. If you complain they delete your account. There's no way to call them and they refuse to call customers. They suck for customer support.

After curing the glass for 15 seconds are you supposed to wipe the loca from the front camera as well? The manual and video don't say anything about it. It says to wipe the sides and bottom but I would assume you're supoosed to wipe the front camera clean too?

Amfilm ultra glass same exact kit juts a different shapes shell. I wouldn't be saying this if Whitestone hadn't appointed such an incompetent person to explain their products so that I failed the first time because he's rushing through and I'm trying to keep up so because of that screw them
I bought one of these for my Note 10 and sent it back because I was too nervous about fitting it. I watched this video three times to familiarise myself and had it running in front of me whilst I was fitting the Whitestone glass. I cannot believe how easy it was and how perfect the end result really is. As a friend commented "that looks like a factory installation". Better still, I originally had a large scratch on the screen that was deep enough to catch your finger nail in. The resin filled it completely and made it disappear so I've got a result even better than I had hoped for. I’ve been fitting protectors for years and as a confessed phone junkie, Whitestone came up trumps for me. Trump who?
After the curing process, can I put my phone into the new Samsung UV Sterilizer? Will the UV from the sterilizer somehow damage the screen protector adhesive? Thank you.

I have the note 20 ultra and the fingerprint scanner does not work most of the time. They've modified the glass and have made it thinner to help, but that has only increased the risk of phantom cracks.

I installed mine flawlessly, but I'm having a hard time unlocking using fingerprint. Sometimes it triggers, sometimes not. Used to have a OP 7t pro and not having any problems with fingerprints. But i like the quality of this screen protector

Eh, mine turned out not so great. Overall it was fine but the problem is even though I followed the directions it didn't apply evenly. There's a small portion near the top center and another near the top left corner that didn't quite make it. It will work for now but I really wish it was 100%. I even used a level to check my desk and it was level
Both of screen protectors also arrived cracked. I was so sad because I didn’t know about it until the step where I needed to place it. So I did the whole process and wasted a bottle of loca 😭. I emailed customer care with my order number. Hope to get a replacement send. I used the white dome on my note 9/10 with no issues.

Before this, the only guide for the fluid was the clear arrow on the edges of the template-clear template. : ) Also, those strips added along the edges are new. The light is even better-they have a 15 seconds setting, and 2 pushes give you 1 minute. Before it was just 15 seconds. This video doesn't say if they turned up the biometric sensitivity. Also, the same fingerprint twice I've never used, it's always worked fine with one as long as you cover all the areas you can. I use 2 fingers on each hand in case...well...you know....I lose one in a light saber duel. You never know.

My screen protector didn't install correctly 😕😕😕 I'm not sure what I did wrong but the adhesive never reached to the top right corner and there was a big bubble in the middle of the screen And this is not my first time installing this screen protectors ☹☹☹ How do I remove the screen protector ?? Watched the video many times over and over to ensure I followed instructions... I got bubbles in mine. NOw I have to figure out how to remove and re-do. It did fill my scratch on my screen though
The Whitestone Dome tempered glass screen protectors used to work perfect with OtterBox Defenders and unicorn beetle but now due to their partnership with Samsung they're only cut to fit Samsung phone cases so I won't be purchasing I hope the partnership was worth the loss of customers. I recently purchased the two pack for 64 bucks because they don't sell the single pack for the note 20 Ultra and both OtterBox Defender and unicorn beetle Pro broke the two screen protectors never had that problem in the past and their customer service sucks
Great installation but my finger print does not set up after installation. Not happy at all. I can only complete 10% scanning for my finger and does not detect my scanning anymore.

Thank you for messaging us about removing your Dome Glass. The safest way to remove the protector is to peel around the edges of the Dome Glass and slowly pull the glass off. Try not to bend the glass too much as the glass will break otherwise. Afterward, you can clean the Dome Glass off with rubbing alcohol or acetone. The underside of the glass has an anti-shatter film so be careful not to scratch it when cleaning off the glue. the bottom of this tray is NOT level. i set it on a level surface (used a level) and after 45 minutes of meticulous cleaning and set up. the liquid instantly ran to the top of my phone towards the camera/speaker. wasting an entire tube. Do not assume the tray you get is level! this was so unbelievably disappointing. i watched this video 10 times before performing my first attempt.

Put mine on today. Easy enough. Was a little difficult adding new fingerprints after the install even with adding more sensitivity but eventually got them added. Maybe my fingerprints are not pronounced enough. I like the lamp with 15 second and 1 minute timers and the installation guide, (plastic bar.) Added a Samsung rugged case which completely eliminates the camera hump if that's something that bothers you.

My dome glass showed up but the glasses were broken I sent an email to Whitestone but I ended up using the warranty and had to pay $10 for the replacement even though the first order was broken hopefully you guys can reimburse me $10.
No it will not. Does not work with otterbox or supcase ub pro on note 20 ultra. Both cases broke both whitestone dome screen protectors as soon as I put on the caese... smh

I ordered the note 20 ultra 2pack screen protectors for $64 an i have to say they are not case friendly not for the otterbox defender pro or the supcase unicorn beetle pro. The otterbox broke the first glass upon putting the case on an the supcase broke the 2nd glass. What a waste of money. Never had this issue with previous models in the past. What a disappointment.

@@WhitestoneDome I've always used whitestone dome with both those case brands I mentioned with previous models like the note8, note9, an note10+. You guys usually leave breathing space for the cases but the cut out for the note20 ultra on the whitestone dome is perfectly from glass to frame would be ideal if I wanted to rock the phone naked. But I will reach out to CS the only reason I haven't is because dealing with CS can be a headache.

I used this video and was able to successfully apply two DomeGlasses to my wifes and my Samsung Note 20 Ultras. There has so much improvement between this version and the previous DomeGlasses I applied on our Note 10's. Whitestone has really re-engineered the ease at which the glass is applied. You simply CAN'T muck this up, if you follow the video. Being paranoid from my last DomeGlass experience, I made a "dry run" first, before pulling off any films or opening the fluid vial. Once I had the operation understood completely, I did it for real. No problems at all. Then, repeated on my wife's phone. The glass is amazingly clear, and our fingerprint sensors work just fine. Just re-teach, as the instructions say to do.
Perfect instructions! I bought the 2 pack and got the first one right first try.. These are the best screen protectors for the Note phones, they are definitely worth the price. Fits perfectly on my Note 20 ultra..

can agree, just had to redo it since i cracked a little piece and decided to change since i had a spare.
Finally replaced my first one with the backup that came with it, seriously great product. I was really hesitant to use what seems like a really unfriendly design, and the first time I used it i remember freaking out about the liquid glue. It worked alright, but the glue ran out juuuuust barely at the bottom left and left the corner unglued. This time I had the same issue pop up, but I just pressed it down while activating the UV light and it worked perfect. Despite how awkward and inconvenient the application is, I will never use another type of screen protector. The fit and screen quality is simply unmatched, hell I'd even allow the process to be **significantly clunkier** and I would still use this product it's that good.
Kinda BS that a $1,300 phone didn't come with a screen protector.

don't see the point on putting a screen protector on the note 20 ultra, I have had no issues so far (this is my 4th note and never had issues with a scratched screen) with the screen, and i want the best experience with the pen, so I pass....

Typically I would agree but my Note 20 Ultra fell one foot to the ground and the screen chipped. It’s being replaced and will now have a screen protector lol. I did have a UAG case on it when it fell.
The Dome Glass is very nice, feels just like the actual screen, if you didn't look too close, you would never know that it was on there.
My only complaint is that it renders the fingerprint scanner basically useless. It works about 20% of the time, I have re registered it several times, but it
just doesn't work, and yes, I've turned on the increased sensitivity feature. So, I now just use the pattern method, which is kind of a hassle, but oh well.

i have the same, interesting but my fingerprintsensor does not work anymore after installing the whitestone protector. how can this be possible? I have put the screensensitivity on high and I tried to reinstall my fingerprints, but ist does not work. Any suggestions?
@@frankloeters I used lotion on my hands and then my sensor worked. My hands were just too dry when I tried to reteach the first time.

Yeah its abit pricey compared to others but we pay for the QUALITY. I work shift work and basically i need rugged and strong protector to protect my phone in case emergency
Simply search on ebay for tempered glass note 20 ultra glue. You will find equal performing alternatives for 6 or 7 usd. I just installed mine and love it.

You must be a Whitestone employee or a blind apologist. I simply said search on eBay and you would see alternatives.
The screen protector first of all is not a film. It's the same hard glass as Whitestone so there is zero "peeling" according to you.
Its the same tempered hard glass. The same glue that is applied under the glass protector.
Only difference, is the cheaper version on ebay doesn't have the frame where the phone sits in when being applied. Nor is the uv light as fancy as the Whitestone.
But putting the phone on a flat surface. And having some form of motor skills to hold the light over the phone while the glue dries you would have the exact same performance.
So yes I bought this phone outright unlocked 512 gb. And I have been buying my Samsung phones unlocked full price for every year. Also yes I have been buying Whitestone dome products since the Note 8. But knowing that the screen protector may get micro scratches on it, or ruined on installation or damaged to spend another 50-60. It's stupid to spend the same amount of money when you have the literally quality glass and glue for a fraction of the price.
Either way, my honest review is a non biased fanboy opinion. Nor is it me looking for a pat on my head from any company. It's a simple heads up to those who are smart enough to try an alternative.

Out of all the Whitestones I've used over the years, this one has massively failed me. The whole kit couldn't get the installation done properly. Customer service is also unresponsive. Stay away
Ya mine came out bad too. Have some small bubbles. The fluid didn't reach one of my corners. Seems like the tube didn't have enough in it to get the job done. Poor quality control on this item.

Don't buy this. The instructions are poorly written, watching a TH-cam video of someone else applying it is significantly more helpful. This model has really thin glass to allow for the fingerprint touch, but if the application of the glue doesn't go smoothly both times like mine, you will get heaps of air bubbles and the edges will be prone to chipping. Mine chipped day one and the phone has never been dropped.
To also add, the screen is NOT full coverage as advertised. If you think I'm just a disgruntled custom, do a quick TH-cam search of the bad reviews on TH-cam. Most people that liked their models about 2 gen back do not think the new stuff meets expectations
Installation for this screen protector is so hit or miss. I followed the instructions EXACTLY as printed and watched three different videos and there wasn't enough adhesive that came out of the black tube to reach one of my phones corners (waited the full 80 seconds). This was on a totally flat surface and the adhesive bubble was perfectly centered under the guide when I removed the tab.
So I tried to press down to get the adhesive to that corner and it created micro bubbles that are impossible to remove. And I also notice the screen protector moves a lot vertically when on the phone when the adhesive isn't cured. The clear plastic guide has TERRIBLE tolerances and the two triangle guide protrusions to center the screen protector vertically located on the top and bottom of the top guide when the top guide is securely fitted to the bottom guide. These poor tolerances allow the screen protector to go under the triangle tabs and move vertically.
I also noticed that the screen protector edges aren't curved enough to properly fit my Note 20 Ultra and are slightly "lifted" from the edges of the phone. Overall I cannot believe I spent $65 on something that his this shoddy of an installation procedure. Almost want to rip it off and throw it away. You always learn that more expensive doesn't always equal better.

Holy hell. First, thank you for this video. I couldn't have installed the protector without it. Second, I'm so glad it came with two of everything. I royally screwed up the first one with just the written instructions (I let the adhesive run all the way to the bottom - I thought that's what the instructions meant). Third, please pass along my appreciation to the engineers who developed this installation system - they are incredible.
Couldn't agree more. My original experience with applying DomeGlass to our old Note 10's left me shaking in my boots a little. I bought a 2-pack for our new Note 20's and found the video before even attempting and install. I did a dry-run first, just to understand the flow. They really up'ed their game when it came to re-engineering the components to apply these things. Then it was "GO" time, and both went on to our phones without a hitch.
One very important bit of information that I did not see in the video. Before dumping your resin on the screen make sure your phone is on a level surface. My resin rolled off and went past the foam dam on the side and underneath the phone so my screen protector did not get installed properly.
So glad Whitestone decided to add an additional set of absorption pads and masking tape to their 2 pack kits. And redesigned their UV light with 2 timer settings. Really helps the guess work.

@@WhitestoneDome I am, just now, taking out the 2 pack kit i bought maybe 2 years ago, as it's time to replace the screen protector, and I am finding that although I saved the absorption pads from the first installation, I have no tape to do the replacement. Would a regular painter's masking tape work?

Yes, the only issue I've had with it was on the note 10+ and the in screen fingerprint reader. I have really faded fingerprints so I had an issue with it. Gonna try it again on my Note 20 ultra as I hear they made the scanner better. Used this one my Note 9 too, which of course had scanner in the back which I greatly preferred.
But the protector feels great, makes it feel like the actual glass on the phone, so it doesn't seem like you have a protector on at all

I put two whitstones domes on my note 20 ultra both started to flake and fall apart from the edges. Clearly they are using cheaper materials then the past. I wouldn't recommend it, I had to end up removing both.

Why four sides? There is no button or port on the left side, I didn't put the black tape on the left side of the phone and I somehow didn't screw up and the result is great . Though I wish there is a bubble leveler in the package for the price.

This company is a rip-off! They sell a good product but customer support is non existent! I bought a protector and they arrived broken straight out of the box. Emails have not been returned and when I logged onto my Whitestone account I found it to be deleted. Seen other replies that state the same issue. If you complain they delete your account. There's no way to call them and they refuse to call customers. They suck for customer support.

After curing the glass for 15 seconds are you supposed to wipe the loca from the front camera as well? The manual and video don't say anything about it. It says to wipe the sides and bottom but I would assume you're supoosed to wipe the front camera clean too?

Amfilm ultra glass same exact kit juts a different shapes shell. I wouldn't be saying this if Whitestone hadn't appointed such an incompetent person to explain their products so that I failed the first time because he's rushing through and I'm trying to keep up so because of that screw them
I bought one of these for my Note 10 and sent it back because I was too nervous about fitting it. I watched this video three times to familiarise myself and had it running in front of me whilst I was fitting the Whitestone glass. I cannot believe how easy it was and how perfect the end result really is. As a friend commented "that looks like a factory installation". Better still, I originally had a large scratch on the screen that was deep enough to catch your finger nail in. The resin filled it completely and made it disappear so I've got a result even better than I had hoped for. I’ve been fitting protectors for years and as a confessed phone junkie, Whitestone came up trumps for me. Trump who?

Alot of people say fingerprint does not work. I need to know from someone who actually bought it.. Does the finger print work flawlessly or not?
Hi, if you want my opinion I can give it to you in detail, I just installed this and registered my fingerprints and I have had Whitestone on my note 10 plus and my Note 8
I have the note 20 ultra and the fingerprint scanner does not work most of the time. They've modified the glass and have made it thinner to help, but that has only increased the risk of phantom cracks.

What a nightmare
I installed mine flawlessly, but I'm having a hard time unlocking using fingerprint. Sometimes it triggers, sometimes not. Used to have a OP 7t pro and not having any problems with fingerprints. But i like the quality of this screen protector
you may have to enable the fp sensitivity setting.

Does the blue light filter have any affect on the screen itself? Does it look any different? any tent change? It must do something.

Eh, mine turned out not so great. Overall it was fine but the problem is even though I followed the directions it didn't apply evenly. There's a small portion near the top center and another near the top left corner that didn't quite make it. It will work for now but I really wish it was 100%. I even used a level to check my desk and it was level

Both of screen protectors also arrived cracked. I was so sad because I didn’t know about it until the step where I needed to place it. So I did the whole process and wasted a bottle of loca 😭. I emailed customer care with my order number. Hope to get a replacement send. I used the white dome on my note 9/10 with no issues.

I have an otterbox defender case and looking at the edges seem to be a tight fit. I have always used whitestone dome and was wondering would this fit with the otterbox case?

This is the one I followed. A little slower, more explanation. Make sure you turn off any fans or central air too.
This newer version is way better than S10. Before this, the only guide for the fluid was the clear arrow on the edges of the template-clear template. : )
Also, those strips added along the edges are new. The light is even better-they have a 15 seconds setting, and 2 pushes give you 1 minute. Before it was just 15 seconds.
This video doesn't say if they turned up the biometric sensitivity.
Also, the same fingerprint twice I've never used, it's always worked fine with one as long as you cover all the areas you can. I use 2 fingers on each hand in case...well...you know....I lose one in a light saber duel. You never know.

My screen protector didn't install correctly 😕😕😕
I'm not sure what I did wrong but the adhesive never reached to the top right corner and there was a big bubble in the middle of the screen

Watched the video many times over and over to ensure I followed instructions... I got bubbles in mine. NOw I have to figure out how to remove and re-do. It did fill my scratch on my screen though

The Whitestone Dome tempered glass screen protectors used to work perfect with OtterBox Defenders and unicorn beetle but now due to their partnership with Samsung they're only cut to fit Samsung phone cases so I won't be purchasing I hope the partnership was worth the loss of customers. I recently purchased the two pack for 64 bucks because they don't sell the single pack for the note 20 Ultra and both OtterBox Defender and unicorn beetle Pro broke the two screen protectors never had that problem in the past and their customer service sucks

Dont like the idea of using adhesive
Great installation but my finger print does not set up after installation. Not happy at all. I can only complete 10% scanning for my finger and does not detect my scanning anymore.
I had the same issue. Go into settings/display and turn on touch sensitivity
There are two tubes of LOCA and two screen protectors but only 2 sponges for absorbing the extra loca. Shouldn't there be 4?
There are 4 absorption pads! 2 are outside of sealed envelope and 2 are inside of the envelop.

I've attempted to install your screen protector and the glass doesn't quite fit right in the glass holder. I've installed your product before and never had any issues with it. Can you please send me another one or refund my money. I don't want to use the second screen and it not work properly.

I should just be able to put my email in that was attached to the order then upload receipt that should already be in your system that's linked to the order that's connected to the email. But no you want a credit card # upload of the receipt but wait that's not enough then you want us to type in all the info that's on the receipt. Nothing but a hassle from being hustled.

What's the removing process like?
Thank you for messaging us about removing your Dome Glass.
The safest way to remove the protector is to peel around the edges of the Dome Glass and slowly pull the glass off.
Try not to bend the glass too much as the glass will break otherwise. Afterward, you can clean the Dome Glass off with rubbing alcohol or acetone.
The underside of the glass has an anti-shatter film so be careful not to scratch it when cleaning off the glue.

the bottom of this tray is NOT level. i set it on a level surface (used a level) and after 45 minutes of meticulous cleaning and set up. the liquid instantly ran to the top of my phone towards the camera/speaker. wasting an entire tube. Do not assume the tray you get is level! this was so unbelievably disappointing. i watched this video 10 times before performing my first attempt.
Yes my tray too had terrible quality control and wouldn't properly center the screen protector.

Put mine on today. Easy enough. Was a little difficult adding new fingerprints after the install even with adding more sensitivity but eventually got them added. Maybe my fingerprints are not pronounced enough. I like the lamp with 15 second and 1 minute timers and the installation guide, (plastic bar.) Added a Samsung rugged case which completely eliminates the camera hump if that's something that bothers you.

My dome glass showed up but the glasses were broken I sent an email to Whitestone but I ended up using the warranty and had to pay $10 for the replacement even though the first order was broken hopefully you guys can reimburse me $10.

No it will not. Does not work with otterbox or supcase ub pro on note 20 ultra. Both cases broke both whitestone dome screen protectors as soon as I put on the caese... smh
I have it on with a UAG case on top and its perfect the case doesn't even touch the glass.

I ordered the note 20 ultra 2pack screen protectors for $64 an i have to say they are not case friendly not for the otterbox defender pro or the supcase unicorn beetle pro. The otterbox broke the first glass upon putting the case on an the supcase broke the 2nd glass. What a waste of money. Never had this issue with previous models in the past. What a disappointment.

@@WhitestoneDome I've always used whitestone dome with both those case brands I mentioned with previous models like the note8, note9, an note10+. You guys usually leave breathing space for the cases but the cut out for the note20 ultra on the whitestone dome is perfectly from glass to frame would be ideal if I wanted to rock the phone naked. But I will reach out to CS the only reason I haven't is because dealing with CS can be a headache.
