I'm glad you are feeling better. I had just mentioned to my wife that you hadn't put up a video for a few days and I was thinking you might be sick. Good to see a video !! Thanks Howard !!
I agree with you Howard. Old Ford vehicles should have Ford power. The small block Chevy/LS in everything is one of my pet peeves, too. By the way, I really enjoyed your series on your '66 Galaxie convert. I have one too!
Yeah, I find small block Chevy's and LS's boring, as you see them everywhere. I like seeing uncommon engines or at leas the correct brand engine to go with the vehicle it's in. Of the 60's era cars, the 66 and 67 Ford's are my favorite.
The stores are often what makes the car special. I was thinking of doing a story board up for the Bel Air, seeing I have owned it 45 years, and purchased it from the original owners family, who I was friends with in high school.
A lot of sweet rides at the cruise in Howard, the '58 Fleetwood especially was a stand out as well as the Kaiser Darrin,I have never seen one of those outside of pictures,at least the show wasn't overloaded with late model vehicles like a lot of them are, not that they're not nice but personally I go to shows to see the vehicles that you can't see everyday, good to hear that you're doing better, sorry you didn't get the LaSalle but maybe it meant something else more suitable will turn up😁
I don't know if you read the sign for the 58 Fleetwood. It was photographed exactly where the original GM ad was photographed at, with the models waring the exact same outfits. The Fleetwood was all original.
Hey Howard glad you are feeling better. I was wondering if you were a little under the weather. Anyway I am a little disappointed about the LaSalle. It would have been an interesting rebuild. Maybe it's a sign that a '59 Parkwood is in the near future! Would you considering buying one of Ryan's cars? It would be great to see the two of you in a video together.
I doubt I would buy a car from Ryan, unless its exactly what I am looking for..... I may not want to pay his mark up though. There are plenty of cars locally.... I will eventually find something without the cost of shipping from Iowa or another state. I just go home from a follow up doctors visit. Everything went well. I feel 90% better, but still have a minor cough now and then.
You know I had a thought if you would have gotten the LaSalle and fixed it up you could have dressed like a gangster and drove it in the Woodward cruise. What could have been. Take care my friend.
I have been down for about a week with allergies and my nose was on fire constantly running sinus I pressure I just had Covid a month ago for the second time but when the wind blows here an az in the spring of the year is yellow trees kill me
a video on the escape repair would be a nice treat! Nice 1964 Ford Galaxie!

Videos on you repairing the Escapes rust I am sure will be popular videos on your channel. Thanks for posting a video today.
Yes. The Escape looks. In real good. Love. The stance. Thanks

Yeah I remember them new.... a friends dad had one just like it, but blue and white.
Awesome video thank you for the video
That orange Chevy pickup was nice. The 66 Newport storyboard was cool to look at.

Finding another project car is frustrating. I just missed a 63 Galaxie. Oh well.
Howard I was hoping you were gonna walk by that 73 El Dorado
Maybe next cruise. The video would be hours long if I videoed all the cars at once.

Everything is yellow with pollen here in Michigan also. It's the worse I have ever seen it.
Thanks this is one week I missed I go every year last year I was in the hospital in June boo hoo
Well I hope you're ok. I go often, but don't video every trip, due to the copyright music blaring there.

OMG it sure felt like covid.... but the test kept showing negative. I'm feeling better now.
