Honda CRV how to reset dual light flashing. Follow these instructions at your own risk.

- How to reset the DUAL light flashing on a Honda CRV 57. Follow these instructions at your own risk.
Turn the car off.
Hold down the off button on the a/c unit.
Turn car on to II position.
Keep holding the off button and press the rear/wing-mirror defrost button 5 times within 10 seconds.
Let the car test all the blowers etc.
It should switch itself off after about 10 seconds.
Switch the car off.
Switch it back on again and it should be fine.
If you get a error message then something is wrong or if the light keeps coming back on then I would recommend you take it to a dealership.

The gift that keeps on giving! This worked for my 07 CR-V too, even with different layout. Adter i finally understood I needed to hold "Off" WHILE pressing rear defroster 5 timer. Cheers!

I just got my CRV back from the workshop, and they had installed a new AC-pump, since my old one was broken. But they were not able to get rid of the flashing light. Tried the instructions in this video, and it worked perfectly. Many thanks from me and my workshop :)
Worked fine on my '08 model! I have no idea why it started blinking. Also I did a derp and didn't follow the instructions - first time I pushed the windscreen heater button five times and nothing happened. So, in a very unmanly fashion, I actually read the instructions to use the _rear defogger button_ and it magically worked. ;) Thankee!

Brilliant, dashed straight out to try this and bingo it worked. Can't thank you enough, even seems to have kick started the air con back into life.
It worked perfectly for me too. In the workshop they said that I had to connect the machine to see what was going on, when I told him that everything was working perfectly. The only thing that blinked the green light of the dual of the air conditioner.
I had this same flashing light and I have the Air Con re-gassed first as I noticed it took longer to cool the car each time I used it. Once topped up at a local garage for £49.00 I did the reset and BINGO! Good news as I was hearing horror stories about new compressors costing over £800! Happy Days.

I couldn't get this to initiate the test. What button is pressed with the off button held down? The AC button??
It’s in the description.
Hold the off button. Turn car on. Then press wing mirror/rear window defrost 5 times.

macho 3088 nope never had that problem. I believe it’s something to do with heater blend/mixer door inside. Maybe just a stuck door or control actuators. Good luck.

Went through the process unfortunately the flashing duel light came on again. Anybody have any ideas?

Hi do u no how to reset the Bluetooth on the radio it's the same as your radio can't connect to it and the women on vice control is speaking German can u help thanks lee 🙏🙏👍
Lee Roy Ok to get your radio to speak English just say change language but in the current language. Use Google translator and get google to speak it to the car. Then say English. Then yes.
Bluetooth is not very good on the crv and often you have to replace the Bluetooth module. Which isn’t cheap. That’s about as much as I can help. Good luck.
