This Shiny spawned SO QUICKLY

Fun fact: the first two I mentioned before is not from the mass outbreak, only Glaceon is

Cetoddle,I love cetodle and cetitan.
But the other two are also very good.

they were event outbreaks. they have boosted shiny odds. ive got like 10 cetottles

I think these special outbreaks have more chances of spawning a shiny. These "golden" outbreaks, these days shud be chansey and cetoddle.
