I'm in Virginia. I would like to sale a vegetable soup that I make. Trying to decide what the best options are to get started. Whether to sale it fresh, canned or frozen, etc. Get a food trailer, or start this home processing operation in my basement or outdoor building. I have not seen vegetable soup on a list on the Virginia home food processing website. I emailed them with no response yet. Thank you in advance for any and all recommendations.
