I’m a new subscriber looking to pivot into project management. I really enjoy the content, tips and advice. I obtained my Google Project Management certification in 2021 and recently obtained my CAPM in August. Although these certs are helpful I’m waiting patiently for my first official project management role.

What are your thoughts on lean six sigma principals in the project management space?
I’m currently in an organization that is pushing the PMs to get Lean Six Sigma training. I’ll come back after I complete it.
Have you considered a change management certification?
Yes, I have considered it because I do want to transition into more of a consultant role where companies bring me in to facilitate that.
Change management typically services the people side of implementing change. In my experience, the two go hand in hand.
I’m currently studying for my PMP so I appreciate all of your YT videos and TikTok videos
@@olak3423 I know one of Senior Directors is pushing “Change Management” and leaves PM side to us so it is in partnership for sure.
