All Electrical Panel Boards of GEESYS are fabricated with 16SWG CRCA Steel Sheet of TATA Steel.

This EB Metering Panel is Floor Mounting. After that we have also given provision for wall mounting.
It can be kept near the stairs or in the Car Parking Area. Therefore, this panel is designed to be used indoors.
Our Panel Boards are Epoxy Powder Coating after a proper 7 tank pre-treatment process.
This Epoxy Powder Coating is 80 to 120 microns.
Incomer cable from EB can be connected through this panel.
We have made the Output cable that can go to the house be taken from the top of this panel.

We have also provided provision to connect the cable from TNEB Post to this Panel Board and install various safety equipment from this Panel and install the Meter which can be given in Electricity Board.
This GEESYS Electric Meter Panel Board is an amazing confluence that can convert a very safe electric power needed by every home through this panel and send it to the Distribution Box in your home.
That is, to run EB, you need to place this GEESYS Electric Panel Board between the cable that can come from the POST and the DB Box that can be in your house.
At present we are manufacturing and supplying 6 Service EB Metering Panels required for an Apartment with 6 houses.
We have given 500A Rewirable Fuse to connect the Incomer Cable which can come from EB of this 6 Service Metering Panel. This fuse is made of copper material.
We are using High Conductive EC Grade Aluminum Busbars in our Panel Board.
In this, ISI certified Heavy-Duty Hylam Sheets have been provided to fit the required 6 meters for 6 houses.
Three 63A Rewirable Fuses are provided for protection of a given meter in TANGEDGO. This Fuse is made of Brass Material.
On top of this panel one LnT Make - 4P, 63A MCB is installed for each house.
It will be very helpful to route the cable from this MCB Meter to your house safe.
All GEESYS-run EB Meter Panels are made with Fire Retardant 10Sqmm Flexible Copper cable.
The Viewing Glass given in this Panel is a Toughened Glass. Through it, all types of measurements that can be received in the EB Meter can be accurately viewed from the outside of the Panel.
All our EB Metering Panels are made with provisions to seal all doors like Incomer, Busbar and Meters Doors as per TNEB Guidelines.
Thus, we make it easy and safe for all the authorities from Electricity Board to produce the seal easily and properly.
All GEESYS Electric Meter Panel Boards are designed and manufactured in good quality as per CEIG and TNERC Guidelines.
Even if you accidentally touch the GEESYS-running panel while the power is on, it won't get a shock.
GEESYS Electrical Panel Boards are very safe.
We have given double side earthing provision in our panel.
There is a cable that can go to every house and facilities that can be earthed separately.
The given earthing provision should be connected to the DB Box in your house with copper wire.
All the cables we use are made by our Automatic Wire Harness System and Cable Termination by Automatic Torque Wrench.
