This is an amazing topic that many home inspectors need to understand and will define your brand. The home's condition has a lot to do with the number of photos that are taken. A trashed home can not be 10 photos. Let's be clear, the number of photos in your report should reflect your brand. If you are a basic/simple inspector then your photos should reflect this. The same is true for thorough and a lot of photos. NEVER let an agent/Insurance/Seller/courts define your brand. The buyer hires you, this defines your brand. A strong education (through InterNACHI) will give you the knowledge/verbiage that will back your findings. Thank you, Ben and Derik, and everyone at InterNACHI who is behind the scenes!!! We LOVE what you do!!! John Grimaldi CMI and InterNACHI Home Inspector Mentor
