sound like i would rather do my own home inspection, not trained but i know i have interest in in mind and not whether i can walk on the roof or not!

Hey Ben, I appreciate your videos but I have a question. You’re always talking about the client and how you’re working to impress the client and I get that and I understand that is because they are the ones that are writing the check. What about the real estate agent.? Is it not true that most of your work comes from real estate agents and not from client cold calling you for an inspection? I have yet to meet an inspector that is successful that is not pushing real estate agent relationships as the main driver of work/inspections
If my client is happy, then my client's agent is happy.
That didn’t address my question. I asked is it not true Realtors are the main source of business/income? My concern is how much money we are asked to spend on sources to attract “clients” but do those sources attract Agents? (I.e Logos, websites and SEO) Are they Google searching Home Inspectors Near Me? I understand a little bit of this and a little bit of that but I don’t hear you or ANY NACHI instructions coaching us on getting to agents.
the "get on the roof " pressure even though it isn't required is kinda weird .. seems really peer pressure-y bc if you don't youre a crap inspector ? hmmm my life seems more important than someones worn shingles
