The deck is the most relevant and polyvalent tech thing I've bought in the past few years. I also use it with a dock in the TV with the desktop mode on, and it's better than any in-built TV OS, Firestick etc. No ads, more powerful and just need a small wireless mouse to use it from the couch I also use it as a tablet to watch movies or videos or as a emergency computer (one day I was at the airport and my phone just died, and I was able to download the boarding pass on the deck. It was kind of a weird situation when the attendant scanned the boarding pass on the handheld but the thing definetely saved the day)
I did my taxes on my steam deck. (Docked ofc) I only have one "Steam" dock and like 5 random USB C Docks that I use for my switch,Deck and Samsung Tablet no audio issues at all. I sold all consoles that didn't weren't hybrid so Only have the Deck and A switch. (Well multiples, the wife has those too. The deck has been a great way to get my wife into PC gaming with me. She mostly plays docked while I sit next to her on the couch with a cable from the wall)
@JoTheTechie I just use chrome and access all the web apps like drive through that. I can see how it would be rough for a power user though. I bob and weave through all the short-comings and trade-offs.
@JoTheTechie that's a real issue trust me cause I have been having it hard to decide what to play next but I mainly play some older games that I use to when young. Bless up bro. Happy to see another Jamaican with a steam deck. Been considering TH-cam and you're an inspiration.

Well, no need to get a professional because it's really easy to install Windows on Steam Deck, but except Parts like Kernel Anti Cheat Stuff, it just makes no sense. You could go for a "stronger" handheld if you just want Windows in Handheld for the the almost same Price
Hmm. That’s interesting. Firstly, thanks for watching till the end. And secondly, the whole video has been about my personal interests. What interest are you talking about specifically?
The video was about gaming which is why I watched it but then at the very end it pushed religion on the viewer. This isn't a hater comment. Your video up until this point was 10/10 for me. I just didn't feel that belongs in it.
@ I’m sorry that’s how you feel. But you should know that as a Christian. I’m a follower of Jesus first, then everything else after. All I do is for His glory. I’ll pray for your understanding. And thanks for the 10/10 score. 😁
Dude it's like 5 seconds at the end of the video, if you don't share this man's faith then simply don't, it's not like the whole video is filled with religious propaganda.
How many gaming capable devices do you have?

@@JoTheTechie I've used other variants of Linux In the past and this version is the most "Mac-Like" that I have used.
@@Joshua_Bee It is. But because of its locked down nature it was too hard to get the things I wanted to install. Like Google Drive

@@Dat876Bredda Nice. I tried to get into emulators. But got choice paralysis and ended playing no games.

Imagine using Linux on Steam Deck for productivity w/o magnifying the desktop or using a dock! Comedy bit, right? smh
@@brave7356 A bit. Sometimes it’s good to laugh 🙂
The steamdeck is only good if you get a professional to make it into a windeck

The end of this video was pretty weird ngl. Pushing your personal interests on other people isn't very respectful.
